This is my regular kava house! The best vibes and strongest kava. Has more of a coffee shop feel, you can sit and hang out, read, make art, and generally chill.

Overpriced, but the atmosphere and service are exceptional. I quite like the friendly servers and the kava selection they have is usually pretty great- the servers know what they're talking about when it comes to dosage and the effects of the stuff. Good place.

I have been coming here for over a year! Some guy comes up claiming to be a manager. He says our group of 5 people has complaints of smelling like cologne/perfume and kicks us out for the night.
He is very rude and unprofessional. He provides bad customer service. He is a horrible manager. I have never seen him before. He should be reviewed and needs training. The only thing he can manage is a honey bucket. I’m sure he will love the smell!!!

I’ve been a loyal customer at this Kava house for about three years, visiting up to four times a week. Until now, I’ve always had positive experiences, but tonight was different. The manager (who I believe has green hair, though I don’t know his name) approached me and my friends and was incredibly disrespectful and rude. He claimed there was some kind of “synthetic smell” coming from us, which baffled me since we’ve been regulars here for years and have never heard such a complaint before. This particular manager we barely see here, so his attitude was unexpected. What upset me most was how he handled the situation. He was confrontational and even told my fiancé to “shut up” while she was trying to speak. He mentioned that another customer was having an allergic reaction to our “synthetic cologne,” which seemed odd considering we’ve seen that customer here many times before and there’s never been an issue. The entire conversation felt unprofessional, degrading, and completely unnecessary. We’ve never had a problem with any of the staff before—everyone else has always been respectful and kind—but this treatment was shocking, as if we had done something wrong. I am deeply disappointed in how this was handled. As a manager, he should have been able to approach the situation calmly and professionally, rather than acting rude and disrespectful. It felt like he let his personal emotions take over, which isn’t acceptable in his position. I come here because I love the atmosphere and the kindness of the staff, but this experience has left a bad impression. I’m not sure if I can bring myself to return after this. Leaving this review isn’t something I want to do, but I feel it’s my only way to address the issue and be heard.

Friendly staff, helping kava noobs like myself navigate the options. Nice atmosphere, would have liked a seat outside as it was sunny. Kava was interesting...bitter, earthy. I didn't notice any of the supposed effects other than my tongue going numb. I'll try it again sometime.

The Very Berry Bowl included açaí, granola, strawberries, blueberries, goji berries, almond butter, and cinnamon. The açaí was too watery. The berries were ripe, but I would have preferred the bowl to be a little sweeter. The almond butter was tasty, but difficult to mix in.

The product is great! But the shipping fulfillment is so unreliable.. on multiple occasions it has taken over a week for my order to finally make it to my door (which is excluding one time where it was a delay due to USPS).
If you find that you’re not getting any tracking information in a relatively prompt manner, YOU will have to reach out to make sure they even have the product. Current order is set to make it here on the tenth day, even after having been switched to a faster shipping speed due to having to correct a backstock issue. I love the brand but this issue has been consistent enough to bring attention to
