The Pork and Shrip Spring Rolls peanut sauce has changed. I am disappointed. The sauce is now too peanutty. I had to add a lot of houisin sauce to accommodate.
The Pho broth was great as usual but I (used) to come here for the Spring Rolls; that's what made this place special... but it's no longer my favorite 😕

Becareful parking; there are a lot of older men hanging around the parking lot sipping Starbucks and smoking with every breath. They can be quite annoying as they are everywhere and seems oblivious that they are standing around parking spaces. They are not threatening or aggressive ... just oblivious.

This is one of my most favorite spots anywhere. The Pho is done right and it's great. The grilled pork salad rolls (A6) are literally one of the best food items I've had anywhere.. ever. I order them with their peanut sauce which is also really good. Service is always great and they always keep the place nice and clean. I recommend this spot to everyone.

Simple store front with fast service. We ordered the sugar cane and pork paste garden rolls and a flank steak pho. We received a different garden roll than ordered, sausage. It was tasty enough. Pho was good, fragrant broth, ample meat, but light veggies to go with. We were satisfied.
