This place had another fire and is closed, and I believe it's really gone for good this time.

Don't know if they are not doing enough business or what but this is the last cold hamburger I am buying from this location.

It's not the King anymore, if it ever was ? Poor customer service the burgers always seem cold, they were out of chocolate shakes. I managed to get half of the messy thing down a out the window it went. Oops I don't like litter bugs, and I'm apologizing for the mistake, I'm sure the Crows cleaned up the bio hazard whopper ? I went to Burgerville and picked up three mini burgers with extra spread and a chocolate shake...Awesomely delicious ! Good bye BK that's all I can say.

I am not a person who complains, especially as we are currently going through a pandemic and I realize times are difficult...I went there with my grandson and we placed our order and I was very friendly. Not only was I not allowed to use coupons...Her explanation was that it was not for full meals...i accepted that explanation because i didn't read them before. I brought it home only to realize she did not put my grandsons meal in the bag...I went back and she said they were out of meat. I repeated it was paid for and not in the bag. Somehow she came back with his meal with no apology. We came back home and I read the coupons and it said it was for full meals. I believe she was just not telling me the truth about the coupons and also not having any more beef. On top of it no apology.

I work for an essential service and at 4:14pm on 5/7/20 the door was unlocked so I opened it. I was in need of using the restroom and thought I would buy a bite to eat. As I opened the door, I was greeted very rudely by the person standing at the counter “ we’re closed!!!”. I shut the door and walked away, as I noticed 2 people coming out the door.... Not too closed I guess.

"Order when you're ready" I try to order then she tells me to wait because she wasn't ready... okay then don't tell me to order. Then I continue to order when she's ready as I'm asking for no onions I'm interrupted so I repeat myself to be sure there's no onions she says okay no onions at the window they repeat my order for no onions and I got it with what seems to be extra onions with no pickles I try calling multiple times no answer. All of the repeats in what not to put on to just do exactly what's asked not to do, I sure hope they're better following how to keep a clean work space in these times because if I was allergic I'd be dead.

This is about the worst food I’ve ever had.

This is one of, if not the first reviews I have written on Google. It was (apparently) that significant of an experience. Genuinely one of the worst, if not the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

I used mobile ordering here. It worked well, I got my food fast. The food was fine, it's Burger King, you know what you're getting.

Overall good place. Some lady was convinced she was being followed by secret people. It really happened while I watched. The staff handled with great respect and service. Congrst to staff...and hopefully the lady gets help because nobody was around her. Just stated my experience.

Worst experience at this location I've had in a while. The woman taking my order had no nametag and would rather give me my order for free than tell me her name. She seemed aggravated from the get go and charged me for an extra meal over a misunderstanding. She then couldn't understand what I wanted even though I was trying to calmly and politely explain it to her with my young daughter in tow. I don't know if she felt like it was appropriate to talk that way to me in front of my daughter because she thought I wouldn't engage, but it was unacceptable. She sighed, rolled her eyes and said "We *just* went over this." Won't be stopping here anytime soon again. When I questioned her about it being $21 for a burger meal and a chicken sandwich, she got upset and snippy, so I asked for her name. She replied "You know what, I'm just gonna give it to you because it's probably ready." I said great and thanked her for the food when she gave it to me. As we were leaving she told another customer loudly that I ordered the wrong thing several times in a row. Nope. She rang up the wrong thing several times in a row with a terrible attitude. Hooray for fast food.

I have never before wished there was a zero star option. But now we are here. Genuinely one of the worst, if not the worst customer service experience I have ever had. My wife, daughter, and I stopped in because daughter wanted Burger King and this was the closest one. We politely waited our turn, at which point in time the woman at the register huffed at us, 'next' with zero eye contact and as if it were the biggest inconvenience in her life. I was immediately taken aback, but thought maybe I misread the situation and gave her the benefit of the doubt. Then I went to use the restroom (one of the dirtiest restrooms I have seen) and when I got back my wife is still trying to explain to the woman of what her order consisted. The woman argued with my wife, huffed, and generally acted completely put out. She told my wife my wife said something she did not say. My wife was being remarkably patient but that was enough; we both corrected her and told her that was not, in fact, what my wife said. She rolled her eyes again and continued being completely rude. When my wife asked for her name, she ignored my wife, said 'I'll just give you the food," and walked away. After taking a remarkably long time actually getting the food, we were making our way out when we overheard her say to another customer, "yeah, they just couldn't get their order right." It is interesting, because of the two people who are part of the equation, between the woman and my wife, I know who would know whether the order was 'right'. My wife remained remarkably calm throughout (I was actually surprised - she handled it way better than I would have). Perhaps the woman *was* having a bad day, but as one of my best friends, Charles would say, "That's not my problem." The. Worst. P.S. By looking at the other reviews, it appears it is the same woman others have had problems with. She needs to be fired; there is no reason for someone to work in a service industry, directly interacting with customers, who is as rude, dishonest, and unhelpful as she is.

Worst customer service I've had in a long time. We ordered in drive through, and the worker was short and impolite. When we got to the window to get items, we had ordered coffee with creamer and sugar. She handed us the coffe and walked aWay. I asked through the window if we could gett the sugar and creamer so we could put it in our coffee when waiting for the rest of the order. She rudely pointed to a bag she was holding and threw her hands up into thE air in irritation and said "I'm getting it are you kidding me" she did this three times in a row each time more exaggerated thEn the last. She then proceeded to go as slow as she possibly could, shooting us angry looks. it took 10 minutes to get our order. It should be noted she had only one car ahead of us when we were there. ANd five beHind us by the time we were finished. No one was inside that we could see. This was 10:58 am February 9th. Female worker apx. In 20's , dark hair very messy and unkempt, we were wondering why she didn't have a hAir net on, she had what appeared to be a birthmark on face. We were friendly with her! I guess she was having a rough day, however, the restaurant wasn't busy, so it wasn't as if she was under stress from that. When dealing with the public, it is important to remember that keeping customers happy contributes to your paycheck. People can oftEn rub us the wrong way, maturity helps us understand we are in control of how we respond. I hope you can help this young employee grow from this. Thank you
