Got my custom chicken sandwich exactly as customized. Got the drink and then waited as they made a hot sandwich and fries. Pleasant and professional at 9pm. Lone worker and no other customers at the time. More than satisfied with this fast food location. They delivered on my drive thru.

They didn’t toast the buns so the buns tasted like the inside of a pantry that needs to be cleaned. Also the buns were not fresh. Honestly the bun situation was a so bad i didn’t notice that the burger patties were not cooked properly. But the were not cooked properly.

For 2 weeks they have had no biscuits during breakfast which is the only time they offer them because they have no oven. Owning 2 fast food franchises myself I’m why their evaluators aren’t making them fix the issue.

Normally we get hot food here. But tonight they parked us and made us wait over 10mins, I don't care that they made me wait. But what I do care about is the cold old food they gave us. Cold frys. Cold burgers and little cold rocks as nuggets. Nothing was even warm. Why did they even park us?! To top it off THE STORE MANAGER James was there! What a waste of money and time.

Generic BK with friendly staff and some of the best BBK fries I've ever had. Compared to the fried at BK in New Zealand these were Michelin star class. Nga mihi nui.
One of the worst fast food places I've ever been. The person who took my order was rude and told me they did not prep biscuits and they were not available. The croissant I ordered was extremely soggy and and did not hold form.
I give this location 1 star, zero if I could, for lazy and poor work ethic, poor quality food, and poor attitude. Management and the owner need to reevaluate the staff and their work performance immediately.

I was hungry and needed something quick so the options were limited. They're sign said they're open, but it's only the drive thru. Since I am in an over the height limit vehicle, I had to walk up to the drive thru window, which is unsafe. I had to knock on the window several times to get someone's attention and they were less than thrilled to help me. I ordered a bacon, egg, croissant medium meal and received a sausage, egg, croissant. It definitely wasn't worth the $10.08 for how super small the portions were. Very disappointed and I will not be returning to this ripoff restaurant chain. I can get a much better quality and value sandwich at one of the local chain grocery store delis.
