My bf and I come through here at least once a month and The workers at this location regularly forget entire items from our orders that we have been charged for, from things as small as our sauces to entire meals and if that doesn’t happen then we get things made entirely wrong from how we ordered them. My bf and his family have lived nearby and been going to this BK location for 5 years and it is extremely RARE that we get what we’ve asked for. It’s extremely baffling to me that the same guy who keeps messing up these orders has in fact been working there this entire time.

Employee behind the counter went out of his way to interrogate customers exiting the restroom, questioning whether or not they had washed their hands and chastising them regardless of their answer instead of taking my order. Went across the street to Wendy's instead of ordering.

For being National Cheeseburger day, it was dead. Only 2 workers at 4 pm. Ordered 2 bacon double Cheeseburger meals and got singles kids burgers. The fries were cold and the milk shakes were half melted. We won't be back.

Usually a little short staffed, if you can handle waiting a moment it's worth it, everything is fresh and hot! While my stomach can't take it much anymore this spot is where I go.

Employees took 5 minutes before they even answered me on the squawk box. After which they couldn't figure out how to use their own code system for my coupon. And then when I tried to leave they had told somebody to wait at the end of the driveway to wait for his food instead of informing them to pull into the parking lot. This place is absolute garbage and I will never return.

$5 meal was ok. Service was quick and politely given. This restaurant is a bit run down, although sufficiently clean
The locking device on the stall is broken and lying on the sink in the women's restroom. I would stop in more often if it were updated and/or repaired.

We entered at lunchtime. Our hamburgers were cold while the fries were hot. While we were eating, one of the staff locked the doors and closed the dining room. It was not a friendly situation. We will NOT be returning ever again.

Stopped here for breakfast and every employee was standing right outside the door chain smoking. You could smell the smoke inside the restaurant. The lady taking the order got mad at me cause I wanted a chicken sandwich and huffed and said it will take a long time. For sure the worst Burger King in the area

Tried telling me I couldn't put a burger into a meal. Argued with me about it. Then proceeded to charge me $17 for a burger fries and drink all separately. This is the worst burger king I've ever been too.

Makes me extremely sad to make such a low review, but i only have hope that this will help things improve. I went through the drive thru tonight, march 16th. I told the man working the drive thru that i needed just a minute to decide. Not even 30 seconds later I'm asked if I'm ready to order yet.... There's nobody behind me, i don't come to this restaurant often, i needed a minute to decide. Looking past this, i ordered a meal and some other items. When i recieved my food i did not recieve my drink that came with my meal. When i asked for it i was told i didn't order a drink. What does a meal mean to this location then??There were fries in my bag that i did not order seperately so I'm not sure why i would have recieved those had i not ordered a meal. Whatever. But the employees here should know that if /they/ make a mistake, they should fix it rather then basically telling me I'm out of luck.I heard them talking about the location being last place in something (i can only assume drive thru time) but it's true. Save yourself the hassle and drive up the road to the other location on Johnson creek.
