This place wasn't up to standard of our burger King in California. I eat there about once a week. This one was just ok. I am sorry to say that. We had whopper jra and fries. The fries were not too bad. Burger just wasn't right.

Over my last 2 visits, I was served mozzarella sticks so hard that they were impenetrable. When bringing it to the attention of a worker, I was told it was my due diligence to bring them back or call to complain.

Good service, when they're open. They should really turn their open sign off if they decide to close early! Because of this they've lost lots of my business late because there's no way to know besides going to the drive thru and being ignored!!! So very rude!!!

Last week I went to the drive-thru to try the Fried Pickle Ranch Whopper. I returned home and, after a few bites of the sandwich, noticed there were zero fried pickles. It was lacking the main component of what made the burger special. The bag was also missing the receipt. It feels like you've wasted my money :(

Been going to this Burger King my entire life, though tonight I’m pissed off at the employee at this store who told me there was no crispy onions or jalapeños, literally showed her that the website says it has it on the burger, well she was dead set it didn’t so bought it and when got home huh, it had the specific things I didn’t want/CANT eat due to stomach issues. You employees are there to earn your money, learn the menu don’t risk people’s lives because you couldn’t care less.
