Been going to this Burger King my entire life, though tonight I’m pissed off at the employee at this store who told me there was no crispy onions or jalapeños, literally showed her that the website says it has it on the burger, well she was dead set it didn’t so bought it and when got home huh, it had the specific things I didn’t want/CANT eat due to stomach issues. You employees are there to earn your money, learn the menu don’t risk people’s lives because you couldn’t care less.

I’ll start off with the service The lady in the drive thru 7/15/24 @ 7:00pm Was extremely rude while taking my order I pull up to get our food and the sodas are overflowing all over the side of the cup it’s coming out of the lid leaks all over my car, the next one she notices the soda on top and proceeds to dump it out of the window which led to soda on the side of my car. I asked for napkins and they told me they gave me some in the bag, okay well I pull away and have no napkins half my order is messed up side of my car has soda all over it from the employee, as well as the inside of my car because all four sodas were overflowing and dripping in my car. This is the definition of teenagers that do not care. I will not be back to purchase from this location . Second my order total was 22.97 at the time of order and I double checked to see that everything was on the screen I pull up and she gives me a total of 35.85 and hands me back $14 no change. As I handed her a $50 I asked for a receipt and they refused to hand me one so I waited and they told me I was holding up their line and needed to go. So no receipt incorrect total and incorrect change. I will not be back.

I usually go through drive-thru. From start to end, the process has been fairly smooth and reasonable. However, if you want to get BK gift card, you may want to go to a different BK store. Other than that....I would go again! ????

It's a Burger King. Nothing special. We went through the drive-thru, and it was pretty speedy for how many cars were ahead of us. The Whooper was, the fries were nice and salty, the chicken fries were good, and the cotton candy slushy was ok.
