Never been scared to eat my food before. I will avoid Burger King for a while and this location forever. My food smelled like cleaning solution and the overwhelming smell of chemicals made me not want to eat it. If they had just cleaned their grill I’m sure the next customer was cool cause everything made it onto my food. Either way my experience was beyond bad. Loss of money, waste of food, and now my image of BK food currently is tainted.

Management is clearly in over their head. They cannot keep up with orders even when They business is slow, which is usually. Part of my order is often cold because This location routinely takes far too long filling orders and makes patrons pull around the side door to stop the service timer, so corporate doesn't find out how poor the service is. Not to mention I am Never sure if this particular location will be open or not at any given time.I believe I'm boycotting this location from here out. Shame on you. Flame Broiled is XLNT!!! I get burgers w/o most condiments, so i can experience the flame broil flavor clearly.
The workers were very nice, but very understaffed. The drive-through was very busy; I decided to order inside. People were waiting a very long time for their food. I waited about 20 minutes myself. Drive-through customers were coming in trying to find out what was taking so long.
Kimberly was awesome, great service & very friendly. I don't know if she was responsible for the decor, but that was also quite pleasing.

King and Mc so far are the only fast food restaurants that never tell me that I have to buy something in order for me and my family to use the restrooms. Portland needs to change these rules about this subject.Parking: Free restroomsKid-friendliness: Very niceWheelchair accessibility: Very easy
