This has to be one of the worst Burger Kings in the area. Was really eager to try the BBQ Brisket Whopper. Almost no one in the drive thru, yet had to wait almost 25 minutes. The response when I asked why it’s taking so long was nothing short of rude and unnecessary.
I finally got my order and lo and behold… it’s a regular Whopper. Not even a full sized. A Jr. the fries to go with it were absolutely stale. Disgusting. i also wanted to try the Frozen Cotton Candy Cloud. I got an entire cup of foam, and 3 sips of a drink, that wasn’t even frozen…..
This culminated to the final straw, when I was refused a refund because the food had already been opened…. Unbelievable.
Stay far away from this one…

Ordered food for my grandson and I using doordash.. not only did this store give the wrong order to my doordasher to give it to me but then also they had zero accountability for their mistake! When I called the store to discuss this issue with them not only did the manager speak over me the entire time interrupting while I was trying to tell her what happened but then also said she's not going to take the hit even though it was their mistake! Horrible customer service with zero accountability!

When we ordered we had a couple of substitutions in the lady behind the counter was great about it didn't act like she was you know frustrated or angry or whatever it was actually very very empty there was only one of the couple in there besides us which anyways kind of nice you know Peace quiet you can have a conversation. Clean inside.

I ordered my food using their app, and I got there at about 9 pm. The big sign outside says, "Open Late!" I walked inside, and immediately, the woman behind the counter said, "We're closed." I informed her that I had already ordered and paid, using their app. She acted like she didn't know what that meant. "App?" She said. "Yes, ma'am," I replied. She finally found my order and began getting it ready. Then she asked me my name. I told her, "Jeff," and then my last name. She looked at the ticket, and, I swear to God, she said, "This only says Jeff." I thought she was messing with me, so I said, "Yeah, that's me. I'm Jeff." She looked at me with some suspicion and then finished putting my order together. Then she put the bag on the counter in front of me and I said, "Thank you". She just turned around and said nothing at all. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but I found her lack of basic manners to be very off-putting.
I mean… don’t dine-in… sketchy all around. Inside is rough. Outside is worse. A big fence and a paint job wouldn’t be the worst idea.

I recently visited this fast food place, and I can honestly say it was one of the most unsettling experiences I've ever had. From the outside, it looked like it had been abandoned for years. The paint on the building was peeling, and the parking lot was eerily empty, with weeds growing through the cracks. Inside, the dim lighting made the place feel like a haunted house. The air was thick with a strange smell that I couldn't quite place. The staff seemed... off. They were distant, and when I ordered, they barely acknowledged me, muttering something about "taking a seat."
The food, when it finally arrived, was cold and unappetizing. The fries were soggy, and the burger looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. The worst part? There was a strange, persistent sound coming from the back, like something scraping against the walls. I couldn't bring myself to finish my meal and left as quickly as I could. I can't explain it, but this place gave me serious creepy vibes. It's like something's not right here, and I won't be coming back.
