This was the worst place I've ever been to. After giving my order part of my order the person I gave it to had gotten it wrong. I ordered a number 5 which is 2 cheeseburgers. And all wanted is no pickles on the burgers. He thought that meant I wanted two number 5s because I said on both burgers no pickles. Anyway told him no not what I wanted just one number 5 without pickles. This time it took 3 other employees to tell the guy what it was I actually wanted. I didn't help I got 2 cheeseburgers, one no pickles and the other no cheese. Not sure exactly what was going on with the guy but I will never go back there for anything. It should never take 15 minutes to order at a fast food place. And the manager was no help either. I recommend going else where to eat unless you have time and a lot of patience.

Fast fresh and came as ordered first time, not having to be corrected! Great variety and awesome drink selection. Wonderful chocolate shakes! Great ice cream cones ;machine is never broken or being cleaned. Excellent quality decent value. Nice workers. Took are off because outside dining spot is removed and unavailable. Otherwise no complaints use app to get best deals and crowns (points for free food )

They are always on point when I go to pick up an order. They make sure napkins sauces and straws are provided in bag. They get me in and out the drive thru with no issues!

They were rude. They closed to early. I went before 11 pm. Went the next day and changed my mind about ordering food and they told us not to come back. The worker yelled out the drive thru window. Very unprofessional.

Very very very poor customer service along with me going to work after eating there got massive diarrhea and its still continuing stomach ache and cramps food poisoning is what i got food poisoning do I have to say it anymore I will be making a complaint to the health department I know they gave me food poisoning because thats the only food I ate all day service it slow barly anyone speaks English there so really hard to communicate poor service if you want fast food I recommend anything besides burger king disgusting I will never be back
Waited 15 min for an employee to figure out how to pull up my order as he literally made 5 others. Said it was mobile order he said I made it sound like it was a delivery i.e. doordash. Never once did. Said mobile order. No apologies top 3 worst bks in Portland

Didn't write down the correct order buger and wrap was mostly lettuce, was served by a manager/food was cooked by the same manager, no wonder why they have a sign saying be nice to the staff if this is the service you get from the higher ups.
