I've been coming to this location for 4 months never had a problem until tonight November 12th 2025 I've ordered twice here tonight and then I end up going to the restroom handling my business and then a worker came in there saying that if I don't get out in one minute they're going to call security on me and I've always been a paying customer I never had any issues I've always had a friendly attitude and behavior towards staff and other customers and unfortunately I won't be coming back to this location because there's no reason for that kind of mannerism and I especially won't tolerate it.

I stopped here the other day to get my daughter (5) and I something for lunch. While the server was very nice, it did seem it took them a while to get the order right with me having to go up to the counter for five times to correct them. Everyone was very friendly inside the restaurant, which was very clean. However, when I left, there was a large group of adults outside doing drugs, and one of them said that I should “ not bring your child here because this is where people do drugs.” I had to agree because as I left, I had to pick my five year-old up to keep her from stepping on needles and pieces of tinfoil all over the ground. Also, the guy in the group of people and the group of people themselves did not stop doing their drugs while my daughter and I went by despite their warning. The neighborhood has completely lost it. There is homeless people and drug use everywhere. I didn’t feel safe and I will not be going back, and that’s coming from someone that has lived in Portland for quite some time.

great new management whatched how he interacted with the employees,and was super professional when dealing with public. Looked tired but was so on top of the service no waiting food was hit fresh and very please with the service omg super clean and everyone was at top speed hard workers to do that for a full shift thats alotthank you Forster great meal we will be back ......

I visited the Delta Park location yesterday. The customer service was great.
This location is THE WORST. THEY ALWAYS FORGET ITEMS. When I tried to get my refund for my missing two items BK SUPPORT said they couldn't provide me one... And ended up suspending my account when I requested a refund for items THEY MISSED.
