Terrible service, very rude management. They literally won't even give you a free cup of water like any other fast food place would, they always say it will cost the same price as soda... The one on Hayden Island is so close to this one and the service there is always amazing, as everyone is super nice and the food is always very well made.

Food good, for drinks I asked for a large coke(regular) puts down Vanilla Coke gives me a Vanilla Coke ask nicely if this is regular and ask for replacement since it wasn’t a regular coke get the drink get home Vanilla Coke mixed with regular coke.

I stood there for over 5 minutes before ever being acknowledged with no one else at the counter before me. When I finally WAS acknowledged, the worker couldn't find my online order at first, then gave me food that had been sitting for several minutes. I had placed the order online in the parking lot and immediately walked in to wait for it. It took almost 10 minutes to receive my food and it was cold when I got it. My destination was 6 minutes away and every single thing had to be reheated. Waste of $30.
