I ordered delivery through the BK app because I’m at work. I paid for a drink with my cheeseburger meal but they decided I didn’t deserve the drink I paid for and refused to give it to the delivery driver. Don’t order from this location, they do not answer the phone number listed either.

Went in to order stood at counter for 7 min while employee talked with friend/ customer waiting for their order. Made eye contact with employee, no acknowledgment, waited in front of register for 3 more min and left. Obviously they're probably hoping for that result. When I entered i thought 20 min until my appointment across the street would suffice? Not at this establishment.... lost my business

Smallest pieces of chicken in my wraps. Got two wraps and medium fry for less than $10 though. They are chronically understaffed so in-between dealing with online orders and the drive thru very little attention paid to ordering at the counter. Staff was nice enough though and taste is what you'd expect

The very first thing we asked for was a large onion ring, not only did we not get it but they charged us for the large meal on both the nuggests ( which we only wanted a 4 peice ) and the chicken fries, and didn't even get fries. The regular nuggets and chicken fries were old and cold. When I told in a very nice manner the lady our order was wrong she wouldn't even look at me, in a very rude manner and tone, told me I was wrong didn't even offer to give me fries or the onion rings. You could tell she wanted me to leave and stop being a pest.

The dining room is absolutely clean and so is the space and it's clean outside as well.

Front counter staff are absolutely amazing, attentive and understand you perfectly.

Bathroom facilities were amazingly clean as well I checked.

The buns were a little bit hard on the whopper jr. Fry's were perfect.

I can say that the drink machine is probably the star of the show cuz it's one of the best I had in a while from a fountain machine.

Vegetarian options: They have the impossible Whopper and of course a few other things on the menu like salads and so forth

Parking: Has an absolutely enormous parking lot so it's easy to get in and get out quickly and not have to worry about your car getting dinged up that's like the best part about this place huge parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: It has an enormous dining room. However the play area that they used to have is no longer there anymore.

Plenty of room for kids to run around in the dining room as it's pretty empty most of the time.

Wheelchair accessibility: I don't believe this place has automatic doors but it is easy to access and get into and they do have parking for wheelchair vans and so forth. But they have a drive-thru so that takes care of all these issues.

$1.00 or a Whopper.

I went through the drive thru yesterday around 10:30 and was disappointed to see I missed breakfast. No big deal, but I needed to browse the menu for a moment. There was no one behind me in line but the woman at the drive thru window was trying to go so fast she got my order wrong (I wanted to the 2 for 5 jr cheeseburger) and she rang me up for some kids meal with chicken nuggets and and fries. (I'm diabetic and order the burger so I can take the bun off.) She asked me what drink I wanted which thoroughly confused me so I asked what diet they had she rudely said, "Just pull forward" before I can ask for my order to get fixed. I got to the window, and she decided for me that I wanted a diet coke I guess, but I hate diet coke. I asked her what other diets they had, and she rudely said, "There's too many to list." Wild because they're not listed on the menu board, and there was no one behind me in line. I don't understand why she couldn't tell me. I quickly ordered a diet sprite and she handed me my order. Not only were the fries missing, but it wasn't even a diet sprite. If I hadn't caught that with the first sip, it really could have effed my day up. Not only did I not get what I was trying to order, half of what I got was missing, and the sprite could have put me in the hospital. Oh, and she never gave me my receipt. The woman was over the top rude and incredibly unprofessional. When I called the store, the "team lead" wouldn't let me speak the manager and apparently the woman in the drive thru was the assistant manager?? I don't expect much when I go through a drive thru, but this was embarrassing. Oh and if you have a massive oozing cold sore on your lip you should at least cover it with a band aid if your going to be so rude because attitude with a side of crusty yellow cold sore is not appetizing. I would give 0 stars if I could.
