No ice in the soda machine. Need a code to use the soda machine. One of the staff members has a real bad attitude.

Went through the drive thru. The person that helped us was very rude! From the time the order was taken to the time when we picked it up! The food was good but nothing makes up for bad customer service! I would recommend that no one eats at this location! Nothing worse than people treating you like dirt when you spend your hard earned money at their location! The location is at Jantzen Beach in Portland Oregon.

Placed an order online through the website for pickup and when I arrived 10 minutes after the app says my order was ready, the white lady with short hair pale face seemingly 120 lbs name starting with an E was sharp and hostile from the start. She told us to wait by the doors and while we waited for the next 10 minutes in the cold, she came outside the doors. My friend who was with me asked her if we could stand in the doorway where it was warm and she immediately laughed and said no. It didn’t stop there, after my friend asked her if he could talk after her response, she rudely cut him off saying “no you can’t talk to me, my store is closed and I can cancel your order”. The immediate unprovoked hostility was not something I expected. Especially when I myself work in the customer service industry. She walked away and was screaming at my friend the whole time, before speaking on her headpiece “actually cancel his order, he’s not getting his order”. At that point I spoke up and told her she wasn’t going to cancel my order because it was me who placed it. She then spoke back on the headpiece to talk to the two other older women inside “never mind don’t cancel the order..it’s hers..but she’s lying”. Not only was she hostile and picking a fight with my friend, she went on to call me a liar. Baffled at the whole experience. Perhaps if I were Caucasian and not brown she would’ve spoken more softly to us both. Or simply offer the customer service that people are trained to give, similar to where I work. Disappointed and now worried about the food being tampered. The older lady with long black hair came back and apologized on her behalf. Meanwhile, the younger girl came back and still kept yelling over my friend. I honestly think everything was blown out of proportion from the server themselves. Comments “I’m the boss, I’ll cancel your order, who orders a $40 meal at 10:30pm anyways”….really? The food in itself looked rushed. If you don’t mind the racism and lack of house training, expect the poorest service you’ll ever receive.

A very simple tale of individual connections. 5 stars to the staff of this restaurant (Crystal or it might be Cristal, my apologies and Bill) for recognising a weary traveller simply in need of sustenance and serving me like a valued friend. Super friendly super banter and a laugh and a smile, thank you so much. You'll know me because I'm not Australian! IYKYK.

Hadnt been there in a while. The food was better than i remember. Started having lunch there to avoid $50 or $60 lunches.

I get a whopper threw the drive through to go and they forgot the lettuce and onion. And the chicken Sandwich had no lettuce or mayo on it completely dry as well as the Whopper.
They were not at all busy. I have noticed this about the location for over 5 years. I hadn't been there in a while and needed something to eat while I was swinging through. For the money I paid to get a slapped together burger looked like it came out of the garage.
I will never go back to that location again.
I went to this stablishment to eat with my family .the young lady at the counter seem to be bothered by something, and felt like she was trying to rush me my family and i through our order ,she began by making rude facial expressions and she had a really big demeanor ,was pretty bad she seem angry , she asked in a angry manner," if we were ready to order?"i asked for few more minutes, she got upset and slam her keys on the counter and left the area ,she went to the back and complained to her co worker , i kind of overheard what she was saying to her manager, she claimed "that the hispanic family in the front were trying to start problems" the lady who she was talking said they are looking at us and stared back and laugh ,the young lady then came back to the front counter and ask again in a really angry manner" if we were ready to order? " I replied calmly yes but was already getting mad my self because I was being treated with disrespect from the beginning she took our order wish she rushed everyone through I ended up paying with a 100 dollar bill and she kind of got angry slammed her keys and slammed both cash registers I almost left the building but was hungry and tired I had been traveling for hours. Overall I had a really bad experience and will never come back to eat here again! .

Went to drive thru after waiting several minutes for the 1 car ahead of me to order. Was greeted by drive thru worker and was told it would be 4 minutes before I would be allowed to even place the order. Each time I come to this location it takes 10-15 minutes to get the order. They also try to make you pull forward and back up so it looks like they got you through the drive thru in 2 minutes.

Today, 11/30/2024, I went to Burger King through the drive-thru. I was excited because it was my first time at Burger King in a long time, but the cashier was very rude and angry. She told me to wait because she was the only cashier today. I waited in the drive-thru for about 5 minutes, and she took my order without saying thank you or sorry for waiting, and I started to order. But she got angry and told me not to scream which I wasn’t screaming at all, and treated me very rudely.
“It is not my business that you are the only cashier because you are short on staff at your store”
If you make me wait for over 5 minutes at the drive-thru and get angry and very rude to me... you are not qualified to work there. I don't know her first name, but seems like she was the only lady working there today. As I said, it was my first time at Burger King in a long time and I was very excited, but this female cashier ruined my excitement.
I think the head office or the manager of this store should re-educate this employee on work ethics or fire her. I will never visit this Burger King again because of her.
Other male server who handed me a receipt was very kind though. Thank you sir. You released my angry from her.
