Waited as every employee and manager ignored 5 of us waiting to order. The entire restaurant was filled with burnt fry oil smog. The manager just walked back and forth doing absolutely nothing to assist anyone. Dont expect any form of customer service. ( -5) out of( 10) rating

I was pleasantly surprised to walk in this Burger King and receive excellent customer service. I was also promptly served a a nice warm Whopper with Cheese and hot fries the way it was supposed to be. Props to this location for maintaining the high standards that all Burger Kings should maintain.

They locked the lobby at 9 pm yet the time they got posted on the door says 10pm throughout the week, i had to wait in the drive thru for 30 mins to get my order

This Burger King was so good and efficient and professional that I live in Oregon City and I'm going to go specifically to this Burger King in the future multiple times staff was great the kitchen was running great the manager was exceptional whoever was in charge of this Burger King Thursday September 11th at 2:00 p.m. this guy is prime management material the food was great ask for it cooked fresh everybody in the whole restaurant knew I wanted it fresh great communication great energy very clean very professional good job guys
It’s 86 degrees outside, and no where in Portland will let you use the bathroom. I walked all over this parking lot barely able to hold it and with a bathroom and an arrow pointing to where the bathrooms are. Apparently you are still not allowed to use the restrooms. I left my wallet and purse in the car qbecause I had to pee so bad, but I get the feeling I wouldn’t have been allowed either way. I was told no public restrooms. Mind you it’s been a hard week for me and it’s visible with the darkest black eye so for them to be completely inconsiderate was just insane.
