So I don't know if it used to be different but the lobby was impeccably clean and the service was fantastic. The cashier was gracious and accommodating and the food came out fast and hot. Genuinely one of the best fast food experiences I've ever had.

An employee called my order "weird" right in front of me because I ordered a cheeseburger with no cheese. There was a $1 cheeseburger deal in the app and I can't eat dairy. This was still cheaper than buying a normal hamburger.

Been going here often and they do decent work. They send you to the parking lot to wait. I think just to get exercise. But the food taste the same. And they have the better prices than other BK. Order else where and I notice and usually change location. Friendly people. Usually busy.
Vegetarian options: Idk but they have the impossible. But really the name isn't lettuce king.
