Fuller's Burger Shack - Pioneer Mall

I have been coming here 2 times a week for the last 8 months. I absolutely love the food, but customer service is just awful. The staff constantly change, except for one guy bald with a red beard who has the absolute worst attitude! He has made zero effort to get to know his regulars even tho I do my best to say hi each time, he often sweeps under the table while I am currently eating and my average lunch is 15 minutes so I know I’m not over staying my welcome. He has never offered to clear my table or thanked me for coming in and he sees me twice a week we have made more the eye contact. I tip well and cannot think of a reason for the disrespect.

There was a younger gal with glasses taking orders and she did a great job of making people feel welcome.

This current crew could use some work! I like the food and I would like to keep coming but the awkward atmosphere cannot continue! Wishing this location the best with future regulars and hopefully my words can help the crew learn and grew.

Extremely mediocre food made from pre-packaged ingredients. Would have rated it higher if it also wasn't suprisingly expensive.

Super fast service and simple menu. Crinkle cut fries and chocolate milkshake were excellent, cheeseburger was just fine. It’s big but the sauce and lettuce overpower a lot of the taste. Decent!

Burger is good for the price. The service was abysmal though. At least the girl that took my order was on her phone, and didn't seem like she cared at all about her job.

Overall 10/10 highly recommend best burger joint in pioneer square! If you’re looking for something other than bland chicken fingers these guys have some juicy and tender burgers ? absolutely love the tots fire as all hell!!! Every time I’ve visited the customer service was absolutely amazing they were very thoughtful and kind. These guys truly take pride in their food as well as their customers making sure you are fully satisfied with your care.

This is the 2nd time I tried this place and both times were terrible. Today I asked for no secret sauce and as you can see, they drenched it on both buns. Burger is ice cold and I just got it 10 minutes ago. One stingy piece of bacon. Fries barely cooked. Service unfriendly. They don't even say hello. Now I know why this place is never busy. Waste of time and money. They need to hire decent employees or why bother?

Very good cheeseburger for the price. Order a double and it's even better.

Mediocre burger. Slightly better than a McDonald’s burger. Patty doesn’t have a lot of flavour and the burger relies on the excess lettuce and tomatoes for filler and relies on the sauce for flavour.

The fries felt like they came out of a frozen bag you can buy from a grocery store.

Nice staff but the food is fairly plain.

This is a no-nonsense straightforward, very average, burger joint. Food was fine with no complaints, no wows, just a burger for a reasonable price.

Guy in the back was staring at me, and the guy at the cash register virtually ripped the card out of my hand instead of turning the machine around like you are likely supposed to do, the incompetence is unbearable I sat in line with not one soul in the restaurant for five minutes and when I finally got my burger it was 60% lettuce I would much rather sit in the line at cains

First, you have your menu posted with prices. Available in Cajun should denote an upcharge.

Second, worker behind the counyer clearly didn't want to be there and was in a bad mood.

Third, came for Portland Burger Week and the item was changed from the description. Definitely would not have gotten it with the changes.

We were out of town ( Sacramento Ca) our Plan was to get a quick lunch at Raisin Cane but very long lines - so this little burger shack was right next door- we had never heard of it and were a bit skeptical- but it turned out to be a great choice- burger was really tasty and the special sauce was great ?- very reasonable prices too!!!
