The burger was good, but the tots were very salty and the syrup level on the soda fountain isn't correct. I get it's hip to play current top 40 music, but I would rather have silence. Most people will find it above satisfactory.

I am a hamburger conissuer (sic) and have found the burger close by my house. The Classic will fill you up, and the tots are to die for. Excellent price, I am impressed, and if I'm impressed, it's that good.

Old man that stands in the chicken with the black hat and glasses is a creep. The cashier guy with the full beard is a creep too and food is nasty cold burger and they wouldn't remake it

$7 for a cheese burger in downtown Portland, that tastes better than 99.99% food carts.Fresh meats and veggies, taste just like a burger! The best burger option in downtown!

I don't know how I got an experience that was so much different than all these other reviewers on here. Yes, my Burger at too much lettuce. But it had too much fun as well. I got a small Patty that was for a childhood. How in the world did you guys get big size burgers? I'm absolutely flabbergasted at the absolute incompetence going on at this restaurant. This is a picture of the empty restaurant. The only people there. I wouldn't take picture of because they were just as hangry as we were some there before us. This place is awful. Wait and a 1/2 an hour for garbage. I would much rather sit in the line at cane's

The Burger was good except that it did have a lot of lettuce as others have stated. And the pickles are extra long too. But otherwise it was good. The fries were cooked to perfection. There is two televisions that have ESPN on them. Maybe next time I'll get the regular cheeseburger.Kid-friendliness: It's very comfortable to bring your family there.Wheelchair accessibility: It's an open space, so maneuvering a wheelchair will be no problem.
Glad to see another burger option in the area. Good old fashioned burgers and yummy shakes for a decent price. Hope they attract more business, right now almost everyone goes to Canes and these folks could use some love.

Food was really good! I hope they can add more options in the future. So glad I chose to eat here instead of waiting in line at Canes like all those losers.

The burgers are HUGE!! I wish my son and I only got one to share. You have to ask for onions, they’re not automatically added to the burgers (we did not see the disclaimer until after we had ordered). Like another reviewer said, they add a lot of lettuce to it. And they cut the their pickles on the longer side (if that makes sense). You have an option of crinkle cut fries or tots and you can have it with Cajun seasoning or not. It’s located next in the food court at Pioneer Place.
