Delicious bean burger here if you’re a vegetarian and want fast food. They always have good little sundaes and seasonal stuff on the menu that makes it a fun surprise. Waaaaaaay better than McDonald’s or Burger King. A little pricey but you get what you pay for!
Vegetarian options: Get the bean cheeseburger and ask for Burgerville “spread” on it- will not disappoint!
I ordered a double hamburger and a chicken basket at the counter to go. The workers all seemed to be around high school aged and seemed to be goofing off with each other between performing tasks. I heard the girl who rang me up ask the guy putting my burger together if that was a hamburger and it obviously wasn't. The girl went back and removed the burger with a slice of cheese on it, placed it on a different bun for another customer and then (leaving the other hamburger on my bun) placed another plain burger on. Needless to say there was still a little bit of cheese left on my burger. I understand they don't get paid great, but late dinner time on a Saturday night I would think they would at least pretend to be a little professional when there were customers in the restaurant.
Quality is completely different. The shakes don’t have that real ice cream texture anymore, comparable now to McDonalds, yet the price has increased. Fries are different too. Not nearly as good.

Using their debit system isn't user friendly. It tries to add tips to your bill no matter the service. Oregon pays high minimum wage so tips are for waitress wages based on service and food. Should be customers choice, not a computer

I like the seasonal stuff like the fried green beans and asparagus. The larger hamburgers are pretty good as well. The smaller are usually overpriced, I also did not love the sauces they used on them. I'm sure that's more personal preference.
The only improvement to their 5 star food and service would be to give me a kiss or rub my back! Haha. They were top notch and I cannot afford them everyday so they are a weekly treat!!!

Since this location was unionized everything went down hill. Expect to wait anywhere from 10-25mins for your order dine-in or drive through. I am basing this on 5 times in one month. Literally waited 22mins for 3 ice cream sundaes. Everyone just walks around and seem so lost. So sad to see this location go down in service so bad. Unfortunate for me since this is the closest one to where I live.
