Delicious burgers. I had the classic bacon cheese burger with the rosemary shoestring fries. Soft, buttery buns, crisp, fresh tasting pickles, lettuce, juicy patty. The garlic aoli dip for the fries was perfect, very favorful.

The service is fast. The food is hot and fresh. The staff are attentive. The neighborhood is trying to keep up with the amount of garbage that the homeless seem to generate wherever they go. At close the parkinglot is clean and ready for tomorrow's customers. By morning it's full of trash pulled out of various trash cans and dumpsters. Bugerville dies a great job of cleaning up and not allowing the homeless to loiter or pester customers. I will go there again for the shakes and burgers.
If you don't tip enough to their liking, you'll 100% be asked to pull forward (even if there's no one behind you) and when you get your order, there will be items missing. This isn't a coincidence. Demanding tips in a drive thru just so you can get the order right is selfish and greedy for a place that's already *very proud* of their food....

They block the end of the drive-thru with cars waiting for their order. Which means you can order your food and be stuck in the Drive-Thru until other people get their order that were waiting
