Decent food for being fast food, like how itâs healthier than other fast food places as well as what the company stands for. The milkshakes are probably my favorite. Never had an issue, the staff have always been very kind and everything is pretty consistent.

The absolute worst. Prices are ridiculously high, food looks like it was thrown into the wrapper, slowest drive through I've ever been in. Service was non existent. Never going back

Iâm changing my review because I was responded to and they fixxed the issue with me and said theyâd talk to the afternoon shifts about serving hot burgers - thank you for listening and we appreciate your hard work and your service for so many years - yummy đ€€, I did 5 stars then 4 stars due to I havenât been back yet but Iâm sure theyâve resolved the issues - Thankyou
I went to Milwaukee Bv and both of my dbl cheeseburgers were cold/ barely lukewarm this is at 2-3 pm . Is the meat just sitting around ? I went up and asked why my burger was cold and I got a deer in the head lights stare and a well what do you want question. I stated it would be nice to actually get a hot burger, she said ok ( manager) walked away and I asked the counter person well whatâs happening ? Um well we will bring out another hamburger for you ⊠I left my cold one on the counter and got replacements within 5 min which is great and I was super nice about it all- tired of lack luster service and BV isnât cheap - that last week - Today at Albany Ore location 2-3 pm I think ok Iâll try this location No one answered the drive thru so I pulled up to the window and was stared at, thought are they closed? Nope girl comes up and says oh my head set was off, what can I do and get for you âŠ. I ordered 2 cheeseburger again and drove off and started to eat and again COLD!! What is going on?? Any one else

I placed my order online and it said it would be ready at 7pm, I get there at 7:10 and my order still isn't ready I waited another 15 min for my order and then I had to remind the older blond lady of my drinks which were highlighted in bright pink on the receipt. I get home and my burger is saturated in grease and the bug soggy and I live 3 min away . This location is so slow they walk around dragging their feet with no enthusiasm or care about their jobs , I'm guessing the highlight of their night was the drive thru girl walking around showing all the workers the perfect ice-cream cone she had made . If I was the owner of this location I would be so embarrassed of the people I chose to operate my business!
Iâm writing this because this experience today was wild. It took us an extra 20 min after placing our order for our food, which was wrong so we had to turn around and come back. When we first placed the order the gentleman taking the order seemed very annoyed with us or maybe couldnât hear us? It felt like the guy made us wait cause he was annoyed? We literally ordered 2 bacon burgers and fries. Several other people got food after we ordered?
Idk if they maybe are understaffed, or not getting breaks but no one seemed to have the building under control.
Over 30 min after we first ordered we finally got all of our food, granted the first half that we got was cold, and we needed to air fry it. Seemed like one kid was working and the others were not. Def think management needs to make sure they have someone in charge at all times. Giving 3 stars because itâs usually good, today was 1 star.

I just wanna say this restaurant is a Five star service, Robert the handsome one with the great hair went above and beyond, i think he should be the offical face of burgerville, what a handsome young fellow his drive thru skills was above par fantĂĄstico, i ordered at the drive thru but decided to eat in store, chefs kiss to that fellow

Sorry excuse for a burger. Bv has slowly gone downhill. Im done not eating here unless i have to they charged me 20 dollars for that a fry that wasnt even a full large and a large soda. 5 guys does wayyyy better for same and gives extra fries. Last time we went here they messed up on my daughters burger and gave her cheese when she asked for no cheese and today they got rude to me when i told them so. Didnt offer compensation i cant even afford food here anymore. No more bv for me.
