Just wanted to say the staff work extremely hard on concert nights! Went there after the Sabrina Carpenter concert and it was crazy.

The food is way too overpriced now but I come back for the flavors. Been loving the cheeseburger and strawberry lemonade since 2008. The strawberry shortcake tastes awesome too when in season.

Way over priced, food was cold and prepared horribly. An instead of them worried about the food service, they instead were worried about being all in my face service. For being my first time burgerville experience, it will most certainly be my last as well.

30 min to get a chicken sandwich and fries with almost no one in the entire restaurant Unbelievably bad service. Nothing says “leave me a tip” like incompetence.

I had never visited a Burgerville before, and I've been wanting to try it. So we were nearby in Portland and decided to give it a go. I was let down, and I won't be going back to any location after this. I got the double cheeseburger, which was very small; the size of a McDouble, but it was over 6$ for a tiny kid-sized burger! You know at McDonald's you can get the same sized burger, with fries, nuggets, and a drink all for a dollar less. The patties were DRY, like little hockey pucks, and were completely flavorless. I actually usually love small burgers so the size isn't an issue for me, but the price, the dryness, the lack of flavor... I had to drown the little burger in ketchup to make it edible. The patties were probably old and had been sitting around. I expect a place with "burger" in the name to have decent burgers at the very least, but nope. It sucked. The fries were decent, although soggy, not crispy. I don't much mind a soggy fry myself but I'm sure others would. And 5$ for a "large" fry, but the bag was pretty small, maybe more like a small or medium fry. Very underwhelming. Do you know how many more fries I can get at Five Guys for one or two dollars more? At LEAST quadruple the amount. I will say the shake was delicious. I got a strawberry shake, there were tons of bits of fruit inside and it tasted better than a Sonic shake. The prices were insane here also, completely not worth it. A kid's meal (kids burger came slathered in more sauce than meat, had to wipe it off for my kid), two burgers and two fries and a shake cost about 35$. Not worth it.
