Friendly staff, very efficient with orders, accommodate special requests easily. Because the food is frequently cooked to order, it may take a minute or two longer than other fast casual restaurants, but the food is of better quality.
They recently dropped the cold brew shake in favor of the mocha perk - not a good choice. Cold brew shake with an extra shot is significantly better than the mocha perk. The chocolate in the mp almost tastes like cocoa powder mixed in.

Burgerville is awesome. My favorite. Love love. Double cheeseburger and chocolate hazelnut shake please. Make that two burgers, thanks.
Fastest and the foodest. Breakfast is on the money every time. The vegan food is great. Nathan is awesome.
I liked that they had a vegan cheese and aioli. It was basic but was great for roadtrip food and super convenient.
