Friendly staff that actually care about how good what you'll be eating were certainly working the night of Friday Nov 8th. My wife and I both enjoyed our burgers, mine being the special one with cheddar and horseradish aoili was amazing. I asked for extra of the horseradish and it was perfect. The strawberry milkshake was of course delicious.

I feel that your service is based off IF you tip or not...
I've done both.. received fast, hot, and fresh upon tipping..
To basically forgetting napkins, straws, and customer service when I don't tip..
I am only talking about the 162nd location in Portland, Oregon.. Multiple visits have resulted in this outcome.

It's a good place to eat, though they said they don't have OJ, but it said on their menu, but that's okay. It's still a good service and a better place to eat here! ??????
