Great Food!! Wow!!
Not what it used to be. Size of the burgers is incredibly small, and gave me the wrong drink. Had better experience with different locations.
Worst service ever! The cashier Angelina S was rude rushing unprofessional.
The food was over price and not good. The service was so bad I did not want no longer order. I will not be back ever again.

The employee, Aurora was not personable. After waiting over 20 minutes, watching 6 to 8 drive thru customers receive there orders and drive away while I was still waiting for my food. I requested a refund, it was only then the manager on duty Toni B. gave a very horrible explanation regarding why the drive thru orders were being prioritized over the dine in orders. She explained it was shift change. When you work in fast food, and there are over 6 customers in the dinning area either waiting for there food or waiting to order, SHIFT CHANGE SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING! Drive thru SHOULD NOT be a priority. I will not be returning to this location, fast food is not waiting over 20 minutes for your food.
We are here from Colorado been really wanting to try this place went in today everyone was sitting around eating burgers then the guy looked at my husband walked off as we was about to order he then walked up to the girl about to take our order and said no more burgers or sandwiches at all are you serious? Was it because my husband looked like a skinny mountain main with a huge beard because I feel like he did that one purpose needless to say very rude and very offended shame on you.
Good food but expensive ($50+ for four burgers and fries) and the store was not overly clean.
Food was good, really liked the jojos, nice crunch with soft inside.
Food was good. Veggies on my burger were fresh and it tasted like real hamburger meat. We got food to go. We stopped here while travelling and the outside sign said no public restrooms so we almost went across the way to Wendy's instead. They did have bathrooms for customers only with access only by code. They should change that sign to bathrooms for paying customers only cuz I almost did not go there except upon the insistence of my son. The lady there (Mana) took our order. She clearly knows here job but needs to work on her tactfulness a bit. You can tell she was intolerant of people not being clear on what they wanted but hey, we never been there before so have a lil patience please. We can't all be professional orderers on the first go. Other than that, it's pretty good and I think the big conglomerate food chains get enough of our money and don't look out for our health so why not give these folks a whirl.
POS is a POS. Their system for paying and giving tips is the worst. The screen is not a touch screen. It is not intuitive and creates a very awkward situation. The staff tries to fix the implementation with a label maker but only makes it worse.
Drive thru guys corrected us about nw cheeseburger vs Tillamook cheese burger basket. He was condescending about it.
Cashier had track marks on her neck

Didn't like the burger at all no taste 😕
A place that still serves grilled chicken
Best one great wifi
I've seen homeless people in the garbage area urinating right in front of the parking spaces, people can be rude here at times (judging from some of the reviews I'm not alone on this), if you order delivery all quality goes out the window. I'll never come back and my colleagues are over this place too. People treat you like you're trying to rip off dipping sauces by letting them know they didn't give what you asked for (after I spent nearly $50) Even when you offer to pay for it again, they'll still refuse. I've been going to the Parkrose location my whole life. I'll never go back. Last visit was the last straw. I know at least a dozen folks that I work with who wont come back either.
Normally this place does really well with the quality of the food, but even when they mess up, they always fix it and take good accountability. However, today me and my mother decided to get some food using the mobile app. And everytime we try to get their chipotle mayo, we NEVER get it. Normally we dont say anything, yeah it's a little annoying but still. But today we decided to make sure they included it (especially since our meals came out to about 50 dollars, we want what we paid for) my mom proceeded to ask the man at the drive through window if they remembered the sauce (we got 2 garlic aioli and 2 chipotle mayo) the mayo was of course not in the bag, so my mom asked for it, the man proceeded to ignore her request and ask her if she asked for it in the app (She definitely did, I watched her do it) he then proceeded to argue with her about it and EVEN when she offered to pay EXTRA for the sauce, he STILL sat there and argued. For some reason, he would rather get the manager then just give us the sauce that we ALREADY paid for. Is the Chipotle Mayo some type of secret sauce that only certain people get??? Because we NEVER get it when we ask for it. And this man really was going out of his way to not give it to us. If a customer is willing to pay EXTRA for an item, why not just give it to them??? UNACCEPTABLE.
