They gave me a meat patty when I had ordered a plant based patty. Beware if you're on a plant based diet!
Vegetarian options: They provide veggie burgers on the menu, but they gave me real meat instead

It's a burger place but it's local and the food is really quite excellent. I have the Oktoberfest Burger and it was delicious. The sweet potato fries could use some work but the service was great. They do need to upgrade the look of their restaurants

Burgerville Food, although good is still way over priced. That said the service at this and all the other ones are usually pretty good !!
Edit
Came in today for breakfast and got a breakfast sandwich with sausage hashbrowns and egg. Very good. I got a large drink as well. The workers looked happy to be there, which is always good especially in the morning lol !!

Any Burgerville you can walk to is the best Burgerville and this is that one for me
The employees seem overwhelmed so save yourself and them the trouble and go eat somewhere else.
We ordered in person and they "lost" our order and we had to remind them after several people got their food after ordering after us. So we got some room temperature meals that took a half hour. And not for a cheap price.
After my experience at this location back on July 4th, I am finished with Burgerville, period.
Our food took 15 minutes to arrive at our table. We received an apology for this, but not for the burgers that were not even luke warm and the buns seemed stale (maybe just because they were cold?).
Burgerville now charges over $4 for a classic cheeseburger (compared to $2.99 for a cheeseburger at a nearby McDonald's). I don't mind paying a little extra, in comparison to other fast food restaurants, but cold cheeseburgers are terrible, no matter who makes them.
I've been eating Burgerville food since 1980 (I remember Barrell-O-Fries!) and have always regarded it highly. Yes, locations vary, as do visits to the same location, but I'm not paying 25% more for lower quality food.
I no longer live in the area, but have always visited Burgerville as many times as I could while I am in the Portland/Vancouver for business or pleasure, including hitting the PDX location before getting on the plane (and sometimes taking some home).
So long, Burgerville, it was a great 44 years! I will learn how to make your spread for my homemade burgers, whenever I get the craving...

Charging for water when the prices are already insane is wild.
Ordered a crispy chicken wonton salad for $10+ and got a very mediocre prepackaged salad with no chicken…. Super disappointed. Could have got a better bag salad at the grocery store.

Stupid prices. Their answer is download their app so you don't get so ripped off. This is also stupid. I'm done.
Food is a little expensive but the quality and freshness are good.

I ordered two milkshakes and they chose to serve their friend an entire meal before I got my two milkshakes. Definitely a little frustrating
