Burgerville is probably the best quality fast food you can get. I have celiac disease, and it’s great being able to go to a drive through fast food restaurant and get a meal. They do gluten free buns, and have lots of vegan options. What really sets them apart is the fact that they use fresh, local ingredients and sustainability and use trans fat free canola oil for all their food. They also power all locations with 100% wind energy which is pretty cool.

I was a semi regular at this location, but not going forward. For the last time today they put meat in my meat free order (scramble), also no salsa verde and a fraction of the usual hash brown. I have an actual documented medical issue that prevents me from eating pork, so I always order without bacon/pork etc. This location regularly makes my food incorrectly- I get that it's mostly high school kids and they're perfectly pleasant, just the orders are habitually a problem. Additionally, 80% of the time I'm asked to pull to the side for them to make my order, only for it to often be made incorrectly quite often. At glance it looks correct but then opening it up at home/the office, it's full of what I specifically asked not to have. And I can't go back to get it corrected because I live a bit of a distance and am often going on my lunch break or before work. So it's a waste of my money and time. Disappointing.

The manager in the burgervillie in st. John's was very unprofessional and very rude my order of food cost 56.00 bucks and when I went to pick my onion ring up it slumped over and the lettuce on my colaseal burger was rotten it was so slimmy and the fries were cold as well I ordered no whip on our milkshakes well we got whip when I called up and spoke to the manager ted he sounded like he was being real condescending and he asked me to bring my receipt no problem I did and I had the food as well but when I got there he said he couldn't prove I paid for my food then he went over by his employees and he called me stupid and continued to talk bad about me I'm calling corporate

Have to give this Burgerville a five star review because they have been consistently good for the past 20 years that we have lived in St. Johns.
I’m really grateful that this delicious fast food option is in my neighborhood for those occasional times when you get a snacky craving for something deliciously deep-fried.

I always look forward to the Walla Walla onion rings every year. I was very disappointed in my order today. They are usually big and beautiful, but that must’ve changed. I went through the drive-thru and drove 2 minutes home. They were tiny, and barely even warm. Would not recommend

Not sure why fast food restaurants need to offer tips to their employees, so I won't be eating at ones that request tips. Did we not just have a global pandemic, and they want costumers to use a tip touch screen, that everyone uses, probably dirtier than a restroom door handle.

Been going here for years but I might be done. Ordered online for a 6:45 pickup, so not even during a busy time. Show up at 6:40, with only three cars in front of me in the drive thru. Took 20 minutes to get my burgers, then another 5-10 minute wait in the parking lot for the fries. $70 for 5 cold burgers and 5 hot fries.
