Abysmal dogwater. Overpriced. No idea how you mess up an idea as heavenly as rosemary french fries but dang were they like eating cold, dry kindling... The chicken slider was okay but it might as well have been one from 711. The service was friendly and prompt! Wish the food had been good!

I got a chicken sandwich. It was pretty good. The person who took my order was like he didnt want to be there or take my order. It was nice that someone brought me my food when it was done. I was expecting to get called, but he brought it over to me. I would get something quick from there again, but I dont expect anything more then that.

Hi all, I came today at about 6pm to support a local fundraiser, spent $24 but half my order was missing after the transaction was over and I looked in the bag? Is there a way to get a refund or credit for next time? Was disappointing. The staff were lovely though

Just sat in line for 15 minutes for my breakfast to be cold at 9:00am.
Food and sevice was excellent! My only issue with Burgerville is the push to tip before I get and eat my food. I end up guilt tipping and/or tip because I worry that my food might be not excellent if I don't.

Over priced and over rated. Sat in the drive thru for over 25 minutes, during which time was approached by not 1 but 2 panhandlers asking for money. The food is nothing special frues are too salty. Im not impressed.

I feel petty leaving this review but I literally left my house for a soft serve ice cream cone tonight. I ordered my ice cream and a burger and shake for someone else. After I ordered and paid, I was handed the shake first. Then told their ice cream machine wasn’t working. Then after a moment of silence the employee told me it would be 15 minutes and did I want a Coconut Bliss one instead? First, they should have told me the machine was out of commission before I paid. Then they lied by saying it wasn’t working which obviously isn’t true if they could produce one in 15 minutes. Then I wasn’t offered a refund or coupon, but ended up paying for something I didn’t want.
