Had breakfast here with my Men’s Breakfast Group recently as I heard they are closing at the end of the year. We all enjoyed the food and the service and I’m personally sad to see them go. I’ve been here a few times over the last dozen years and have always enjoyed the experience.

The empire sandwich (corned beef with horseradish sauce on the side) was a highlight. So delicious.

Always great!! Incredible ginger pancakes the best! ❤ Excellent service too. So sad they're closing at the end of the year.

I had high expectations for this food due to the triple D appearance. The food was good but didn't wow me like other triple D restaurants have in the past. I ordered their corn beef and hash. Just seemed like a normal corn beef and hash to me. Nothing special.

Food was ok, prices could've been better considering the quality of food and service. But overall not bad considering the location.

Absolutely the best Bloody Mary, unique menu items and friendly staff. I'm new to town, and this will be a favorite hangout, for sure!

Simply solid diner style brunch spot in the heart of the pearl district. Small and old school style complete with healthy helpings and awesome ambiance. Would recommend getting here early (as with everything in portland). You will not be disappointed. The staff is great with kids and accommodating.

Excellent service. A menu where I wanted to order probably half a dozen things. Good prices. Warm and friendly room. Everything to like and nothing missing.

Have loved this place since we lived in Chinatown in 2004!! Delicious variety of breakfast options. I love the avocado toast with fries egg. My husband loves the blue corn pancakes. Great service. Tiny bathroom in the kitchen is very clean. Enjoy!

Traditional DINER; Warm welcoming staff; great food; not "standard" but the standards are included; you'll leave satisfied and looking forward to your next visit

Plan for long wait times, delicious food, good coffee, with more than you can eat in one sitting.

I keep coming back here when I want a good breakfast. My favorite place for breakfast in Portland. The staff is great and the food is wonderful I've tried several dishes so far and can't figure out which is my favorite.
