Had egg whites, avocado and sausage. (the sausage was ok, I should have gone with bacon - but that is subjective). The vibe is very cool Portland. I will regret not getting the special crab omelet and may resolve that at some point. Sat at bar/counter - service was fantastic. I will be back!!!
When i arrived was greated and directed to my table.My server was delightful. I was not familiar with their menu, she helped me choose with some options that had what I was craving. She filled up my cup with coffee and never went empty. Another person not sure if a supervisor or manager also checked on me and ask if everything was alright. The potatoes were seasoned and cooked with so much flavor, whe. I mixed them with my egg was perfection. The pancakes had that biscuit flavor...
Definitely a theme breakfast joint the Cadillac Café does not disappoint.
As you walk in as a traditional diner, the first thing I noticed was the awesome bar. As I got closer, my attention was diverted immediately to the Cadillac on the stage all by itself.
