Food was meh and not a good value. Waffles are small and came out cold. Croque Madama was just ok. Drinks were pretty good. Service was kind and friendly but very slow. Great location and environment which made the slow service manageable.
I love this place because it is quiet. The happy hour menu is extensive and tasty. The service is friendly. I go here about every 2 months to meet a friend, in a weekday to talk and catch up - it’s perfect!
We didn’t think we could love Cafe Nell any more! But they went above and beyond for our group last night. From the personal texts prior, to their accommodating our seating request, to the awesome server who served us, to the food and atmosphere! They are a terrific, local establishment everyone should flock to! Thanks Cafe Nell!!!
