Extremely slow and inconsistent. Sometimes the food is ok sometimes it is soggy and make sure they don't forget about your order or you'll be waiting for ever.

I got a latte from here from the two sweetest ladies!!! It was bright and early and they were still super enthusiastic. My latte actually came out really good suprisingly lol. My expectations were low with it being a hotel cafe and everything.

Pathetic service. Employee was “taking a break” at 10:30 right there in the counter browsing her phone. This entitled kid with zero aspirations and ZERO customer service. The type of employee you never in the world want to have.
