Have given them many chances to shine. Posted open times and then not servicing customers? This is not a good way to run a business. We ordered food only to find out it was closed. I’m all for small businesses but you need to do your part and be available as a business. Guess I’ll just go back to the trustworthy Starbucks next door. We even had a gift card!

Best biscuits I’ve ever had hands-down the best most buttery biscuit you’ll find in the city
IMPORTANT: Google maps will tell you that it's right in front of whole foods if you use the navigation feature this is incorrect.
It's behind the whole foods building.
I included pictures of the outside of the building and the street sign.
Really nice place to sit outside.
Inside is nicely appointed with ample seating.
The outside is clean, minus the fall leaves, so it feels like the PNW. BONUS! ?
Putting your order in is simple and easy and printed menu provided.
I had the biscuits and gravy that was on special and its ginormous!
I don't remember the biscuits but the one that you recommended was excellent.
Highly recommended.
Parking: There are spaces around the neighborhood that are available but it's kind of tight most of the time
Kid-friendliness: Seems like a great place to go and take your kids also seems like there's plenty of them around. I think they even have a kids menu

Been to a new coffee shop a day, for at least 10 years during our annual 2-3 week trips to Portland. This place is the best.
Parking: We always walk but street parking looks available
Wheelchair accessibility: Street level, no steps, roomy interior, didn't use the bathroom.

Had a bomb greek salad that was quite far so good I didn’t know what to say. It also was enough for two people. Place is cool spot for lunch and breakfast with a lot of options. Nice vibe

Best breakfast burrito I have had here in Portland. Moved here from Santa Fe, NM. Excellent. Would definitely come here again. It was a little expensive, which is why I gave it four stars, plus they only give you a tiny half full container of salsa, which is hardly enough for this bad boy.

Great ?
$4.25 for a dry and old slice of banana bread.
It was a hard introduction to this cafe. Whole Foods is around the corner and has better quality baked goods, but I’d rather buy local.

I got the biscuits and gravy special, and it was bomb. Some may think the gravy has too much spice, but I love that it had flavor. Sometimes I feel like Portland is afraid of herbs and spices. I had it on everything flavored biscuits and wow. Awesome service as well.

Great place for coffee and lunch. So many good food and coffee options that I can't wait to go back! Barista and staff were all wonderful! Highly recommend.

The food here is so good and the staff are amazing, but I’ve got to give 3 stars because the coffee is so bad. I’m begging y’all to get a new supplier.

Recently moved to the neighborhood and was excited to check this place out based on the reviews. We had an off experience... and then met some people who had a similar experience, so I thought I'd share.
It's a strange layout. There were about four people in line when we went, and it feels like there is no place to stand that isn't in the way of people eating or getting to the condiments. The young guy who took our order asked us to repeat it, and then we received the wrong drinks. The BLT we ordered had no L at all, actually spinach. The breakfast burrito was a ton of fluffy egg, and was supposed to have bacon but I couldn't find it.
It's a head scratcher.

Bad coffee. People tolerate the coffee here because the place is so cute that people want to support this independent shop; which is awesome. But really if they call themselves a coffee shop they should have good Portland quality coffee. Sadly, I have no choice but to buy coffee from Starbucks half a block away.
