We had a really good experience at this spot right before our movie. Really good special for two tacos and a margarita. The tacos were tasty, they got them out fast, my wife liked the margarita. We need to come here for a proper meal. Good service and fun atmosphere.

Nice tasteful decor and solid menu. The food just needs a little polishing. My burrito had large pieces of raw onion, instead of smaller diced pieces as well as some unusual chicken cuts. The hot salsa was excellent and I’m looking forward to trying other menu options.

Accidentally came across this restaurant and so glad we did. We ordered chips & salsa & guacamole. The serving was large and quite filling. The tacos - our favs asada and carnitas. The spicy margarita was delicious and our waiter customized the spiciness based on what we liked. We made our spicy margs marionberry. I highly recommend. Going back for the HH - 2 tacos & a house margarita for $13!All of the menu seemed reasonably priced, well worth it.

Finally, I found a Mexian Restaurant downtown Portland that is authentic. Great tasting margaritas, tacos, and burritos. Big burritos are not filled with all rice. We will definitely be coming back to this place. Yum!

Love this place- kinda everything you want out of a neighborhood spot like this. Food is solid, and very fairly priced and the “happy hour” (which is just all day every day) special of two tacos and a margarita is great. Speaking of, their margaritas are amazing. Staff is friendly and they HUSTLE when it’s busy. There’s plenty of tvs to catch a game of your choice. Ideally you want to go here for some food and a drink or two, then catch a movie at Cinema 21 across the street.

Well, Portland still doesn't have any decent Mexican food. Completely tasteless, bland, and uninspired... how can even hot sauce be so boring? It's all the normal Cisco fixings with no flavor. At least Matador actually uses spices and real cheese, instead here we get partially rehydrated "vegetables." I'm embarrassed for that carrot to have even found it's way to this orange rice mush. The only reason for not one star is the lunch price was pretty good, but that likely because their food cost is so low... because is it food? Or food-like substance?
Spicy marg and al pastor tacos were standouts. Also enjoyed the chile relleno taco - unique and tasty.
