Got the brisket sandwich and it was well worth the wait. That meat just melted in my mouth and the sauce was so good. It's rare that I have a sandwich that I have to eat with a fork, but this was the classic image of good messy barbecue. I regret not coming here sooner because the food was just as good as it smelled. Also got a piece of sweet potato cake that was so perfectly moist and had such a perfect light flavor. Definitely recommend and I can't wait to come eat...
Love this place! One of the first BBQ spots I came to upon moving to Portland 9 years ago. The food is great, really good sauce. Try the mild or spicy sauce with rib tips, and the beef ribs are fantastic. One of my BBQ place Staples
