This spot is FIRE! 🔥 We ordered the orange chicken and general tso and they were so good!! Saucy, crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside! So much food, couldn’t finish mine so now I have dinner 🩷 The crab puffs and spring rolls were hot and crunchy and the fillings were yummy!! Thank you for throwing in a chili oil for us, the extra kick made the food a hit!!! Now I know why this place is highly rated, I’m in love!!!! 😍

Can’t say enough great things about this spot. The owners are so friendly and kind, they snuck a bunch of extras in our order. The portions are big, we had 6 different dishes and each one was amazing. I’m visiting from Dan Diego and it’s better than any Chinese food spot down there. Ps- it’s a food truck but don’t let that stop you!

I love this place! Honestly, though, I haven’t tried much from their menu because I always order the same thing: tofu and vegetables. It’s wonderful! I love the owners, too.

Visiting the area and came across the Ala Carts food trucks. We decided to try Canton Kitchen and were very impressed! The seasoning for the onions mixed with the fried calamari and shrimp was delicious, and we enjoyed all the items we ordered. The lady at the window was so sweet and hospitable! I'd love to come back again next time I'm in the area!

Delicious food, generous portions, easy parking, friendly service, easy to use online ordering, I had the Mongolian beef, wife had the Orange chicken and added instructions for fried rice and they delivered along with tasty treats on the side at no extra charge. Filled my bowl with plenty of leftover! Awesomeness 😎👌

I was pleasantly surprised! I was craving Chinese and was a few minutes away, so I tried this food truck. Wow! I got chicken chow mein and spring rolls, and they also threw in some sesame balls (one of my favorites!). Normally American Chinese restaurants have chow mein that is kinda bland. No complaints, sometimes I really want basic food, other days I want all the spices. Well, this chow mein was wonderful. Noodles were cooked perfectly, was comfort food but not boring, plenty of chicken. Spring rolls were classic spring rolls. Sesame balls were good too. The price was reasonable, and I think it took less than 5 minutes for my food to be ready. I will definitely come back.

My favorite Chinese food in all of Portland. So yummy and the lady who works there is so kind. The chow fun (fried rice noodles) are the best!
