The food can be awesome, but it’s very inconsistent particularly for the price point. They do not accept their own points or coupons. They used to offer a free grilled cheese for the kids but they have stopped that too, now it’s $5 (incl sugary craisins and juice). The $7 for a small chip and a bottled drink feels like a rip off.
Ultimately, It’s a $50 lunch for a family of 4. I just don’t think it’s worth that price.
I tried this new experience, of completely contactless ordering and delivery through a window. I ordered a small sandwich, fries and a cookie. I waited forever, which was amazing since there was no one else waiting for anything. The total for this small meal was just about $18.
I got a sandwich that was made wrong (had an ingredient I asked to be left off, even though it was even written on the sandwich paper), a dry cookie, and no fries.

Capriotti's Sandwich Shop offers ridiculously delicious sandwiches, like the best meatball sub. Customers praise the amazing food and exceptional customer service, with one mentioning Kyle's help with a delivery mishap. It provides a nostalgic experience for those who remember the Vegas location from 2003-2010.
The restaurant has a unique setup with no tables or chairs, just a small sandwich portal serving up the Capastrami, a girthy, tangy, wet masterpiece. Customers often enjoy eating their sandwiches in their cars and find the food juicy, bold, and messy in all the right ways. The Capastrami is so good that some would cross state lines just to get it.
Recent reviews highlight the quality of ingredients, such as hand shredded real Turkey, which customers love and order repeatedly. Many customers have enjoyed multiple items, noting that everything has been delicious. The large sandwiches are popular because leftovers are considered top tier, making it worth the extra effort to get food from there.
While the food receives high praise, there are some issues with service. One customer mentioned that they wouldn't order the loaded fries because they found them terrible, and noted that staff members change often. Additionally, the restaurant does not accept cash, which can be inconvenient. Despite these minor problems, customers continue to return for the tasty sandwiches and reliable quality.
