The staff is so rude and Unprofessional not attentive no sense of urgency or priorities. They stand in the back not working, talking and laughing Like it’s some sort of power trip to make everybody wait. I wonder if there’s a manager there I know if I was the owner of this franchise I would fire the little girl with a mustache. They wouldn’t even give me my food simply cause I asked how long it would be. I came back. Sandwich was done, but they will not bring it out with an extra five minutes. In all this order was 30 minutes late for three items and as far as I can tell, there’s never much business there and that is the reason why customers are the priority to go orders delivery orders it’s all the same. The Restaurant is being judged by how long things take and the quality of food. those poor Delivery drivers they really treat them poorly. What you need is experienced Restaurant people with the can-do customer service first attitude. I hope the owners read these because I will be looking to contact them as well.

Just a shout out. When they wrote hand shredded real Turkey? It's true. Love it and ordered it twice in the same week. Delicious!

Based on a few times, I’ve been here there’s nothing really wrong with the food. I wouldn’t order the loaded fries because they’re terrible but other than that, the food is decent. The only problem I have is they always have somebody different working in here and they do not take cash.

The food is pretty good, but this feels like a door dash ghost kitchen more than a restaurant. There's nowhere to sit, and most people are lingering around just waiting for their order so they can leave. 15-20 dollars is an insane amount for a small half-sub, though, especially if I have to bring it back to my apartment to eat.

There is absolutely no parking nearby, and nowhere to sit inside, and a pretty empty restaurant inside. The only access to the restaurant is via a busy road with minimal street parking. I finally park, there were multiple people waiting for orders in front of me. I got to the counter and nobody was there for 5 minutes, then when someone showed up they did not greet me, whatever I get it. I asked how long it would be for a sandwich and he said probably a while. I had to walk away without lunch and having wasted 15 minutes just trying to get in and order. If you get a sandwich order online I guess.

Sandwhich was good but took a while and they were busy and only had like 2 people working. They were still very pleasant to us and did make us a very tasty sando. They should look into offering some indoor seating.

Don't call and ask questions. You will get hung up on when the employees don't know the answers and haven't had customer service training.

The staff makes the effort to personalize the service.

Honestly I wish I could give this more stars the service was great. It's so painfully obvious the staff here are kind caring and underpaid. They looked a bit overwhelmed and clearly understaffed overworked. But despite that we're kind to my unruly children and I while in with their dad who frankly was over stimulated and in a bad mood. But there was dead flies on the floor, no where to sit, and food was greasy/sloppy and super over peppered. Lewis seemed slimy, tomatoes that seemed expired and over riped, dry tuna with so much pepper, cheese steak was worse... kids grilled cheese seemed okay but tiny. Place had dive and not in a good way written all over it. Honestly I think i could deal with the food for how kind the staff were but the environment felt dirty and sloppy and these poor staff despite being so kind just seemed seriously overworked overwhelmed and underpaid. Felt bad for staff as I know from experience they often get customers unhappiness but I don't think any of it was their fault or in their control.

They never have vegetarian turkey, why can't y'all just stock the best thing you got? Also Everytime I order a sandwich for my girlfriend without mayo they put mayo on it.
