Vegetarian options: Vegetarian "turkey" coleslaw sandwich was fantastic.
Fries are weird. Like they shaved potatoes with a cheese grater and fried them. Not a fan.

Cheese steak sandwich is one of the better ones I’ve had around here and for the best price. My husband loves the thanksgiving sandwiches.

I placed an online delivery order through DoorDash. DoorDash driver got lost and never made it. I was refunded through DoorDash. Through absolutely no fault of their own, Kyle at Capriotti’s took it upon himself to remake my entire order (4 sandwiches) and ensure that it would be delivered to us at no cost. So thankful that Kyle did this for me and my family. He went way above and beyond.

Serving au jus sandwiches with jus in a plastic container has problems. I had an incident with a broken plastic container while delivering and the customer didn't get jus.
Some of the thickest, driest meat I've had on a cheese steak. It's like they chopped up a cheap hamburger patty. Also got a chicken cheese steak that was equally disgusting with way over cooked chicken and mushrooms that smelled like the ocean.

Had a meatball sub. Tasted no different than one from subway.

This sandwich shop lives up to it's Greatest Sandwich Shop in America award status. I ordered the beef dip w/mushrooms. Sooo delicious and flavorful. Generous portions of beef, cheese and mushrooms. Delightful sandwich, reasonably priced. You won't be disappointed.

The turkey is like sand so incredibly dry I thought it was drained canned tuna. I had to double check it was turkey. Maybe other meats are better but would not recommend the turkey!
It is not a real Capriotti's, it is a ghost kitchen! Which I refuse to give my business too! Because I dont like Travis Kalendick who owns them!

Ate at some of the first Capriotti’s in Vegas when I lived there, 2003-2010 and this place was everything I remember. Sandwiches are ridiculously delicious. So glad I found this spot…Will definitely be back.

Skip it. There are dozens of local delis that surpass the quality of this place BY FAR. And less expensive. I like to get a good 'wich, chips and bevvie with my partner for under 45 dollars.

I love this place. I frequently order from them. Normally I always get their cookies with sandwiches because they're AMAZING. But I just ordered two cookies with our sandwich and they were friggin' Grandmas brand cookies. $2.50 for practically synthetic cookies you can get for 50 cents at a gas station is ridiculous. I'm leaving this review in hopes that management never allows this to happen again.

I was very pleasantly surprised... Best meatball sub I've ever had with the exception of Longo's Italian Restaurant in R. I. I highly recommend Capriotti's.
