I mean, it's a sandwich. They're alright enough, I suppose, but come on. Eighteen dollars for a submarine sandwich? If I'm paying that much for an okay sandwich, it better come with another sandwich. Also, do not come on a day when the weather is bad, as the only seating they have is outdoor and uncovered. I had to eat in my parked car. This is just an expensive take-out/delivery sandwich shop that doesn't back up its price with enhanced flavor or quality. I'll stick to my local mini-mart deli, which has far bigger and tastier sandwiches for just shy of half the price.

I was very pleasantly surprised... Best meatball sub I've ever had with the exception of Longo's Italian Restaurant in R. I. I highly recommend Capriotti's.

This place is awesome. The food was amazing and the customer service was the best experience I've had in a long time. Major thank you to Kyle for helping me out with a mistake on a 3rd party delivery service's behalf. Will order from again.

I LOVE the impossible cheesesteak but I saw you guys don’t carry it anymore and I’m devastated ? I hope it’s brought back because it’s the best veg sandwich I’ve had!

I have not eaten at Capriotti's since I lived in Las Vegas (J left there in 2002). I now live in Portland, Oregon and saw that there is a Capriotti's close by. I will visit them soon.

Its a chain. Not local. You pickup an order through a trap door. I will look into local options

This is not a real shop but part of a shared sort of "front business". The pastrami sandwich was nothing special...bread was just ok, and pastrami and cole slaw were very disappointing. There is nothing that indicates this isn't an actual deli or restaurant but part of some sort of coop kitchen arrangement.

Sandwich was good, but I paid for a dessert I didn’t get, and the chips I paid extra for were out and I wasn’t told until I went back in to pick up the order and had no choice but to get a substitute I didn’t really want. Much too expensive for an underwhelming experience

My first time I ordering Capriotti's and I got a Chopped Cheese. This is my first time ordering Chopped Cheese from any where and I love it! I can tell the fries were freshly cut, no additives or preservatives on their potatoes, straight quality. I'm a private cook myself for a big company and I do make my own Chopped Cheese at my work place, but Capriotti's Chopped Cheese blew me away, especially their fries. I will definitely come back.

The sandwiches are wonderful here! We were served very fast and the staff was very friendly. It was not crowded when we arrived but you could tell that many people enjoy this establishment. We will definitely come back to the clean and welcoming sandwich shop!

There was so little turkey on my turkey sandwich, and I mean non-existent (see pics below). Previously, we liked this place, but will not order from here again.
