I’ve been coming to Carlita’s regularly, and one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back is Hailey. She’s absolutely amazing—always juggling so many tables and still managing to be incredibly sweet, attentive, and welcoming every single time. The food (Carlita’s Skillet in particular) is very good and consistent. There’s not a lot of great Mexican food in NW Portland so this is a great spot if you’re in the area. The waitresses are always very friendly.
