Best fast food burger in my opinion

Typical drive thru experience during a rush. Drive thru was packed. Line was slow moving. Could have paid less for a brick of pure gold... but the food was hot and fresh. The order was entirely correct the first time. Staff was slightly overwhelmed, but polite nonetheless.
Food was okay, no fry sauce.

We ordered a plain burger and a vanilla shake. At first they tried to say they didn't sell plain cheese burgers. And when we got the shake, it was half filled with what barely counts as a milk shake

The racist and unprofessional staff had mine AND my wife's reviews deleted. Reposting what I recall. Ordered in Carl's Jr app. Order never showed. 2 kids and my wife hungry. 30 mins late, no order. They tell me there's nothing they can do. That I'm out the last $80 I had until payday. They hang up, I call repeatedly with no answer, they take the phone off the hook, can hear laughing and talking in English. I drive there, go inside, staff refuses to provide names and pretends they some know English... While store and management are jokes.

I ordered famous star dubble no onions large coke no ice large fry and 9 pice popers I was pushed through the drive through and was sitting longer in the pull forward spot longer then I was at ordering and paying I was asked if I would like anything else and I said yes give me a sec and was trying to read the menu and was asked once again I'm like give me a sec and found popers and mad the order for them once at the windows I payed for my order and as I was putting back my card in my wallet he was trying to hand me a drink I'm like hold on I'm putting my card and wallet away then I needed to make a cup holder spot for the drink I was being handed and in the middle of that he was asking me to pull forward I'm like what the he'll man give me a sec it not like theres a line I was the only one in line at the time. As I pulled off a white car pulled up but still I should be able to put my card away and get a spot for the drink ready befor trying to hand it to me so you can have a fast drive thru time and non the less they made my burger with onions and I can not eat it I'm allergic and my car is charging so I can't bring the meal back to them so I called them and this is where the plot thickens the lady on the phone did not lison and was not user friendly I told her what happened and kept telling me drive thur is 3 to 4 minets I'm like I did not even get that for the time to order and pay befor he was trying to push me off the drive thru. This is crazy and should not be the way you help your costume. No im sorry it did not get made the way you ordred it or let me remove the charge or we will send you an order made right or any other remedy this is not how I would treat a customer or would want my business ran or operated.finaly I asked for a refund on my order and if not send me an order due to my car being charged and would be charging for 6 to 8 hrs she said we dont do that so I gave her the option to send me the order made corectly and she hung up on me.

Restaurant was kind of junky looking when walking in. The counter had a bunch of non food items on it, covering most of the counter. Staff was very short on their words and it felt like they didn't want to be there. Like I get it. No one wants to be forced to do a job like this but there is a difference between that and just straight up being rude to be rude.

Chicken is always pretty decent and consistent. Burgers are a hit or miss, and 90% of the time it's a miss. Idk if they don't cook it long enough or what they are doing but it tastes terrible. Not very competitive pricing, it's like burger King but worse.

The atmosphere in my van through the drive thru with my 4 dogs was great. The service was fast and the food was excellent.
Prices these days are high, but maybe the next administration will fix that. Ain't Carl's Jr's fault.
