I get some people have big orders, but as a person who works in the industry, it really wastes time to just. Not take my order and have it go through while you can continue to pack orders while mine can get cooking. But nah

I ordered a BBQ chicken sandwich. The meat was so tender that it melted in my mouth. The onion batter was well seasoned and crunchy. Carl's Jr. Quality food is fresh and hot! 😋

This location consistently gives substandard service and wait times that defy logic. Last night, however, we were the only car in line except a car that had pulled forward to wait on food. We had to return TWICE due to missing items and then no condiments. Once we left the THIRD time, we realized they hadn't provided napkins either, but we made due. How hard is it to put 2 burgers, 2 zucchini and 1 drink with ranch and napkins together inside of THIRTY minutes? Apparently, it's impossible for this location. All the while, there were 3 people we could see in the kitchen just chatting together and ignoring us and other customers who drove up. I wonder if they know the reason for getting paid? I've never seen a Carl's Jr like this EVER. Something needs to be done. Better to close this one down than soil your good name.

Super fast service through the drive through and food was immaculate and super large portions. I ordered the medium breakfast sandwich combo, Def hit the spot.
Went to redeem a free burger they had no idea how to redeem from the app they also held my phone from me for about 10 minutes and spoke spanish not telling me what's happening. Had to forcibly take my phone back and leave all I wanted was a cheesecake and a burger.

Yasmin was not very good at customer service. We asked about a particular drink she said it was at the fountain. It wasn’t so we asked again and she stated it cost an additional 3.50 and stated no refund on the fountain drink. Had a chip on their should when asked. Needless to say we won’t be visiting this store again.
