My boyfriend and I came through the drive thru and ordered the chicken sandwiches and we pulled over to the parking lot to eat. Took one bite and they sandwiches were pink in middle. So we came back through the drive thru and told the workers and they took both of our sandwiches back and told to park out front. Came back out like 10 mins later with one sandwich but we gave them 2 that were both pink like half raw in the middle all chewy and rubbery. My boyfriend was pissed we tried saying excuse me to the worker that brought them out they didn't stop just kept walking and closed the door. I was pissed. Rude service. Not cooked chicken sandwiches. Definitely not cool and the 1 chicken sandwich they brought us wasn't done either.....I swear....Carl's jr needs some fixing of their employees maybe take the food safety test again or needs to reevaluate who is running your restaurant because they can make people very sick. Do not recommend getting any chicken there!

Horrible customer service. Mold on my girlfriends fries. Undercooked patties they wouldn't replace the food when we brought up the problems. Or give some sort of compensation for the problem never again
