There are too many Mexican options at this pod. Just, pointless. The ball cart is terrible. The Afghan, Boba, tepanyaki, burger place, etc. Are all great. Puddletown Bagels has great bagels but the coffee is lacking.
Great collection of food carts with a beer cart on Fri-Sun and lots of parking
A little underwhelming. Very little protection from the weather. There are a LOT of food trucks to choose from and unfortunately my choice wasn’t great. With so many other food truck locations I don’t think we’d return.
So many food carts! Probably over a dozen! At lunchtime about a third of them were closed. Plenty of tables were available during Saturday lunchtime. Many bike racks.
The other reviews say it was good however when we went (August 2022) there where two carts open. It was a ghost town and the area is not the best. There are much better pods to be found such as Cartopia.
Delish fuud. Great selection. Some carts closed early around 7 pm
The best strawberry lemonade ever and the burger was bomb. Pizza and chicken was great as well.
Wonderful experience every time I go. It kinda has a calm rose festival feel to it. I would recommend it to anyone. Also it's kid friendly. Enjoy Portland. One good thing we still have left.
Love this place, had authentic Mexican food. Amazing!!
Sadly lots of carts were closed when we came but we found a great Laos place there. Tasty food.

The Good and Evil Wrap Co. is fabulous, with so many tasty choices, at a great deal.Cookie McCakeface has the handle on flavorful treats to tempt your tastebuds, without emptying your bank account. Both carts are close to each other,so very convenient. The whole space of Cartlandia has a plethora of carts available for your perusal, however, so making your own choice may be difficult. Some carts have a higher price than what you would expect from something on wheels, but times have changed. There is a lot of parking available inside Cartlandia, with more parking just outside. There is also a lot of good seating available. This is a fantastic place to hang with your friends and family while noshing on fabulous food.
I absolutely love Ball Z food cart. The food is always delicious and filling. The owner is friendly and knows how to make flavorful food in a fun way. We have been going to her since she opened. I have food allergies and she is always cautious to make sure what I’m getting is safe. To to it off, I wanted her food for Mother’s Day. Not only did she let us wait in our car, she surprised me with a Mother’s Day treat that she knew I could actually eat and enjoy!
Great place however be warned~we went on a Sunday afternoon and there were only 15 carts open. Otherwise it was a great place with wonderful food. WICKED GARDEN ALCHEMY - VEGAN cart was amazing~im not even vegan and I loved the burger. And the lavender lemonade was to die for. I'd specifically give her 5 stars!Drawback of this place was the bathrooms, you need a code to get in and it was absolutely disgusting in there so 0 stars for bathroom.
Although the carts change once in awhile, they always have a pretty nice selection. Some are really good, while others not so much. There's a decent amount of outdoor seating, but there aren't any bathrooms here.Be careful when you go; many aren't open later than 7pm or so. All the carts have their own hours of operation.
Fresh ramen, and great gyozos. Cute little outside picnic benches, warmed with heaters in places. Friendly cart staff. And plenty of other cart choices. Reasonable prices
