Service was great. But, the salads were overpriced, underdressed, and very basic. In late july (tomato season) the tomatoes on our salad were underripe and clearly not local. Food was overpriced, but the pasta was AMAZING! Go here for pasta, avoid the salads. Servers were very kind, knowledgeable, and attentive.

Used to love this place a few years back. The food wasn’t as amazing as i remember, I ordered the gin raspberry fizz and it straight up tasted like gin and syrup. Was not a quality cocktail. Went in last night (7/28) and we did have good service, but the waiter made it known he was busy. In front of everyone belittled the runner when there was clearly a language barrier. And when I went to pay he said “sorry” because he was so busy and I said “take your time” and he said “I don’t have time”. I work in service and I would never speak to my customers that way. It could’ve been a one off and understaffed but I’d hope they can pull it back together. I used to recommend this place before and I won’t now.

We just came back from the airport craving some yummy Italian food- this food was completely flavorless. The minestrone tasted like water, the garlic broccolini was so oily and had no crispness and no salt, both pastas we ordered were bland. The gnocchi picante had no spice whatsoever. Overall was not worth the near $100 we paid and I am severely disappointed :(

Sad to post this and didn’t wanna give 1 star. They were closed during their lunch hours. My wife and I are visiting out town and came here around 1:30pm on a Saturday (which they say their opened 12pm-3pm, Fri-Sun) Tried calling a couple of times, but no answer. Really sad we didn’t get to try this place :(

We sat outside on a balmy day, but they had a fan that kept us comfortable. Our favorite part of the experience was our server, Chuck - he had a great personality, swift service and some southern hospitality. The food was really good and comforting. We liked the cozy atmosphere too. 5 stars!

Don’t forget the garlic bread! This place is pure yum! Dame Dolla loved this place and so did I. We went here for our daughter’s birthday. Great food and really good and friendly service. I recommend calling ahead for a reservation.

Wow! I went in a couple Saturday’s ago, I think June 14, and had the best service ever. The sweetest staff person Chelsea helped us and she really will be the reason why we are going to come back!

We stumbled across this Italian joint while walking around Portland and it did not disappoint! Our server went above and beyond, and the service was incredibly fast. We got the regular lasagna along with the white lasagna, and it was incredible. We also got a glass of wine and the rose sangria, which was delicious paired with the garlic bread. Definitely make sure to sit out on the patio when you go, it was super cute and a great vibe. They had small details like fresh flowers at the table and in the restroom which really set a great ambiance in the restaurant. We will definitely come back the next time we visit Portland.

do not pick up DoorDash orders from here!!! Horrible Staff. I was picking up a DoorDash and who seemed to be the owner told me it would be five minutes I waited for around 20 minutes before asking the host if he could give me a more accurate ETA on the order since it has been past the allotted time He goes to check and comes back to tell me that the order was never in the system And that nobody had started it I also watched many people waiting up to 30 mins past there reservation time

A cute little restaurant with great service and delicious food! We enjoyed the pasta alla Norma and the gnocchi picante. You get a basket of bread and olive oil prior to your serving. They also have a nice selection of wine. The menu includes lots of different options ensuring there is something for everybody. Highly recommended a reservation on the weekend but things do move quickly. The food was absolutely delicious. The service and staff were excellent. Would recommend!
