Pretentiously priced, substandard food. The pork in the gravy was RAW. Not to mention the gravy itself was split; yuck! Completely incompetent kitchen staff!
I showed our waitress the pork, which was clearly raw. She went to go show the chef, then returned to tell me she “didn’t know what happened there, but the chef said it’s probably safe to eat.” Then proceeded to tell me “why it was raw”. You know, because “the grills are different for the chefs than what they are used to at home.”
It’s RAW! It’s full pink! Listen, I’m a professional chef. Pork is not safe to eat cooked to under 145 degrees, unlike beef which could be served “rare” at 120-125. Forget rare, this was RAW. You don’t need to be a chef to know that.
The gravy split, and was a greasy mess. While my wife was puking up her food in the bathroom, I was busy informing the waitress that the gravy was split. She asked me “what is split?” So I showed her the grease split from the liquid and explained it to her. She then proceeded to tell me it was fine. I told her “It is not fine. The gravy is split! The chef needs to know”
She then tried telling me that the prep cooks make the gravy? “Okay, so tell them!? Someone needs to know. You’re going to make people sick!”
In what world do the prep cooks make anything? Their job is to “prep” food for the chefs to cook. Not to cook anything themselves. Overall disgusting negligence by the incompetent staff. Terrible food, pretentious prices, raw pork, split gravy, even the pancake was rubbery and chewy.
I should have collected my puke in a bucket and served it on a plate to them. Then told them “it’s probably safe to eat”. With a side of diarrhea. Can’t even cook a pancake; pathetic.

Had a NY stake ,very dry and gamey. French fries were looking like they had been cooked in very bad, smelly oil.Coffe it's the worst ever .I ended up paying 50 $ for the worst food. Ambiance was good for a truck stop place .

Food is okay. Sure not as gourmet as the price suggested. Y'all must be real proud of your food. Your prices are not even close to reasonable. I have been a regular here for a few years now and I will not be back. Greed hurts everyone. Your prices are greed.

Food has gone severely downhill since they redid the menu like 6 months ago . I regularly find hair in my food . If you come during day shift you will encounter the rudest waitresses who will treat you like you are bothering them just by existing. Horrible place to come and after years of being a regular, with the recent changes I will not be returning !! Picture is of the most recent beard hair found in my tator tots .

Little pricey but the food is pretty good. Service is always decent enough. Casual atmosphere which is always nice. Definitely a plus that it's right next to Jubitz truck stop. Always nice to get away from truck stop fare.

Stopped in after an appointment to grab breakfast. It's all a huge truck stop, and this restaurant was part of it.
The food was great...I had the French Connection and it was lovely! Bacon, eggs, French toast. Husband has Chicken Fried Steak & Eggs (he chose a pancake) He liked it!
Service was great.
