Great coffee and treats (brioche cinnamon roll). Wish there was more comfy seating like a couch or lounge chair area!

Great atmosphere
Loved the vibe here! The coffee was rich and smooth, and the baristas were friendly and welcoming. The space feels cozy yet modern, perfect for relaxing or getting some work done.
I’m not sure what they do with their oatmilk, but it’s the best oatmilk latte I’ve ever had. The blueberry jam scone was also amazing!

This coffee shop could really be something, but it's not. The atmosphere is less than desired for downtown, but understandable considering the state of the central library. The WiFi constantly has slowdowns, connection issues, and is possibly stolen. The coffee is advertised as 16 oz's for $5, but is sold as 8 oz's In a 16 oz cup, and the bathroom is always filthy.

I used to really enjoy coming here and have had great experiences with the baristas. However, after recently finding out the extent of which the company owner verbally abuses and manipulates literally all of their employees, I will no longer be coming here.
The coffee shop is big inside with some counter seats and tables by the window and wall. I feel they didn't put enough seats in the shop for large groups because most of the tables are only available up to four people.
Reasonable price and helpful staff. They had some trouble printing out my receipts, though. Machine problem, I guess.
The location is close to the train to the airport. I'll be happy to come here again before I go back home.
Some homeless people are camping outside by the windows. I would not use the window seats because of this, and I wouldn't go there late at night.

Ive gone to case study in the past, and know they can be more expensive than a normal chain spot - but to be charged 10 dollars just for 4 shots over ice and some vanilla syrup feels a lil outrageous to me. I didnt see the price until my card was already down to pay - so I double checked the menu and each shot costs 1.00, or even if you charged for an americano thats 3.50, each shot after 2 making it 5.50 - with vanilla, 7.50. Customer service felt off as well, usually super nice and friendly but i just felt like i was getting passive aggressiveness - sad to say I won't be returning - supporting local is 100% my pride, but this just feels like some serious upcharging.

Terrific coffee shop! The baristas were sweethearts, service was very fast (like I got two pastries heated and a cold brew within 3 minutes), and the atmosphere is so cute and vibey! Delicious pastries and stellar coffee in a stellar ambiance - totally recommend stopping by here to read and charge your phone while hanging out!
