Stopped by to have a chi with eggnog and it was delicious! 😋 The chi they used was the right amount of spice (not too intense and not flat). Perfect fall treat! The atmosphere was great too. Lots of space to hang out.
Negatives: There is limited parking but you can park up the street or down and find somewhere.
Sign on the door says NO CASH. So there’s that.

Thank you for still serving soy milk
Best espresso I have ever had in my life. Seriously not an exaggeration. Besides Italy the only espresso place I’ve been to that serves your shot with a glass of seltzer water. I don’t live in Portland and still dream about the quality of their espresso. I’ve traveled all over Europe and the US and no one comes close to their espresso. 5 stars is not high enough review.

Such a cozy vibe here! I had a mocha and enjoyed a few selections from the pastry case (hint: brownie and the oatmeal cookie are awesome). The baristas were lovely, the art was cool, and everyone around us seemed to be having a pleasant time. Definitely returning on my next trip to Portland!

I've been here several times and never been disappointed. Pastries are good, coffee is phenomenal, it's consistently clean and tidy, and staff are always so lovely. I went in the other day and tried their special which was bergamot white chocolate with cracked black pepper and let me tell you that was EXCUISITE. It has been a long time since I had a latte that I found to be truly unique and an unexpected harmony of flavors. Y'all knocked it outta the park with this one!
The coffee is phenomenal, the small bites are plentiful and the staff are great!
There’s just this one tiny, big thing. This establishment violates Oregon law by not accepting cash. There’s a reason there’s a Oregon statute requiring it be accepted at ALL retailers. It’s to provide an equal opportunity to all Oregonians. Even the unbanked, which not everyone is privileged to be. It’s not just due to being in check systems due to fraud but also immigrants who support our economy, some of which don’t find themselves being in a position to be banked. It’s just the warm/accepting thing to do. If that doesn’t bother you, there’s no reason not to frequent this establishment!

Apparently, despite closing at 4, they do “last calls” for drinks at 3:40. Walked in at 3:42 and was refused service. Just think that it should be posted somewhere online if they’re not actually open and serving when they’re supposed to be (and say they are) open and serving. Terrible.

No pourovers at this location, but had a great iced Americano!
Lots of seating, but it gets quite cozy and the store fills up quick.
Americano was nutty and the flavours really came through. They have their coffee dialed in!
Great spot for a quick grab-n-go or to sit (if you can find a seat) for an hour or two!

Love the coffee here but the WiFi as previously commented on does not support Macs! Frustrating experience when hoping to hang out and work here for a bit!!!
This is my neighborhood coffee shop and I love them. The baristas are so friendly and helpful. I am often caffeine-deprived (and foggy-headed) and they are patient and understanding with me. They never blast their music and mostly everyone here is respectful and not loud. It makes it easy to focus.
I am in a rigorous school program that requires lots of studying and writing and this has been my oasis of productivity. I appreciate they have strong wifi and coffee, as well as plugs to sit down with my laptop without worrying about a dead computer. They only thing I wish they would have a better selection of is food because I would stay here all day and eat while I work, if I could. It would be so nice if they had sandwiches or something more than just pastries. I do appreciate that they have brought in a vegan scone, though. They used to just have a vegan cookie and muffins. Perhaps it is best that they don't have more food options because I would only do my homework and studying here. Overall, this is a solid place to study and their coffee is tasty :)

I stopped by for a Cold Brew coffee and was very pleasantly surprised. It was delicious. The best cold brew I've had in Portland so far. I could taste the different notes as you're supposed to be able to with a cold brew. Reminiscent of the best cold brew I've ever had, in Colombia and there my buddy made it with freshly-roasted local beans at the coffee house he owned after I badgered him about it for weeks. Everything else was fine. The barista was skilled and polite. Good chill neighborhood vibe. The music was actually background music and not too loud, which is my biggest gripe with coffee places, especially Starbucks.
