I live in the neighborhood and visited this cafe for the first this morning. I had a nice exchange with their barista, who had really nice/positive energy. The shop was cute, and I felt very welcomed!

Super nice folks working there, fantastic ambiance (deeply love whoever is in charge of the music), and comfortable seating. It’s a perfect study location.

I ordered a salted caramel soy latte, bourbon caramel latte & pumpkin chai bread. Lattes 6.5/10. The milk to coffee ratio was a little high. The bread 8/10. The atmosphere of this place is very cute and definitely a study/work environment. They have a decent amount of seating inside and a couple seats on the porch in the back and on the ground when you come in.

Super cute cafe! Good coffee, unobtrusive music, good lighting. The only hangup I've found is the lack of wifi (Edit: They have wifi now)

The dream of the nineties coffeehouse is alive on NW 23rd! I loved stopping in here today and being reminded of my favorite cozy coffeehouses when I was in college. The golden milk was the best I’ve tasted!

Baristas were too cool for school. A reasonable cortado but over extracted. The pastries were flaky and full of flavor, so a bright spot.

Weird place with loud, jarring new-agey type music blaring while you try to enjoy a mid-level java. Does not accept cash. Seems to be the inspiration for "Portlandia".

A solid coffee and tea house with a cool vibe. Walking 23rd? Get recharged. Try the Golden Milk!
