Undoubtedly, the best Kubideh Kabob I have had in the US. The portions are generous, and Kabob is tender but also well-cooked. Well done, Chief Majid! Update: I went there for the 3rd time and tried Kashke Badenjoon with fresh bread for the appetizer, and it was amazing. I tried to order something other than Kabob, but couldn't convince myself. I had Vaziri Kabob (Kubideh plus chicken), and it was yummy as expected.

One of the best restaurants for falafel, I visited this place for a team lunch. This restaurant is in the apartment complex. I highly recommend this restaurant for Mediterranean food.

Loved the chicken kabob. The rice is also very tasty. The place is very clean and the staff is friendly. Service is also swift. It is a medium sized restaurant. I think the atmosphere could be improved with a few paintings and better lighting. Prices are very reasonable and affordable given the generous portions.
Parking: Parking is right in front of the restaurant.

The location is a bit hidden and you would not think they are located where they are. Bottom floor of an apartment complex in the complex and not visible from the street.
The food was really good. My wife and I love Mediterranean/ middle eastern food and Caspian Kabob was fantastic. Everything was really fresh and bread was made fresh to order.
The service was friendly and they were busy after dinner rush time so you know locals love it too.
They are so good they really deserve to be in a restaurant space. Thank you very much!

Absolutely amazing lamb gyro. The pita was soft, veggies fresh, the hummus was incredible, and the lamb was so delicious. The service was superb-- everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They have outdoor seating which was wonderful.

I had read that the Caspian Kabob was a good place to go so a friend and I decided to try it out. The restaurant is in the middle of a large apartment complex which from Murray, does not look like a place that has commercial places in it. Parking seemed to be ok but it was a weeknight so it wasn't too busy. Food was pretty good though, leaning a bit on the bland side with not enough seasoning. The place seemed clean and service was good. I'd give this place 3.4 stars if I could.

I absolutly love Persian food, I have never been but I have eaten a lot. And I can say that Caspian Kabob is by far the best I have ever had. The service was amazing, the food was beyond extraordinary (If I could rate it 6/5 stars I would), and I absolutly love the shop itself. The people were so nice, it was amazing to sit down in a nice quite place and enjoy some of the best food I have ever had. Thank you for the amazing experience! I am very excited to come back! P.S. You should try the Persian Tea, it was phenomenal!
Parking: Parking was very easy to find, I have never struggled to find parking in the area before
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, both in the atmosphere and in the menu
Wheelchair accessibility: There are aheelchair ramps to access the doors however it may pose steuggle to enter the building itself, however, they do offer outdoor seating.

I am not a big fan of restaurant kabobs because they are usually very small in size and dry. This place changed my mind. Meat portions are big , juicy, and tasty. Rice is exceptionally tasty.. As a person who cooks food at home daily from scratch, I recommend this place. Keep up the good quality and service.
Always a good environment and great kabobs. The service is also pretty decent and consistent. I’d recommend chicken kabob over kubideh though.
