A new local Beaverton spot to eat some amazing Mediterranean dishes! Everything is fresh, authentic, serving with love. We ordered a Turkish coffee as a start. It was made to perfection the sane way I used to taste it before with a hunt of sugar. We did a coffee cup fortune reading too! Very traditional things. What do you see?

A hidden gem! This is a great alternative to boring sandwiches and burgers. The chicken was excellent with a light lime flavor that was really good.
They actually understand how to do gluten free properly. Gluten free cookies for dessert were delightful. They can accommodate other allergies too.
It was a little difficult to understand the menu until I learned that the left side of the menu gives the names of the different types of meat and the right side is just combinations of those options.
If you are headed to the bathroom you have to memorize the code on the sign inside the restaurant.

Caspian Kabab is truly outstanding. The chicken kabab was perfectly cooked—juicy, flavorful, and clearly marinated with care. The kabab barg was exceptional, tender and rich in flavor, showing the work of a truly professional grill master. The pistachio cookie deserves a special mention: honestly one of the best we’ve ever had. absolutely unmatched.
The staff are kind and welcoming, the restaurant is very clean, and impressively there’s no lingering food smell at all. The plating and presentation feel high-end and refined, reminding you of upscale restaurants. Ending the meal with baklava and tea after kababs instantly brings Istanbul to mind. A top-tier experience from start to finish—highly recommended.

Great food and generous portions!
We tried the kabob, barg, and chicken kabob, and everything tasted amazing. The chicken was perfectly juicy, and the barg was tender, flavorful, and cooked just right. Portions were very large and definitely worth it. Highly recommend the barg — we’ll definitely be coming back!

I really loved their chicken kabob. I wish they were not so far so I could go there often.

Caspian Food in Beaverton is hands down the best kebab around. The food is always delicious, the kebabs are perfectly cooked, and the staff is incredibly friendly. My 7-year-old absolutely loves the food—we end up coming here at least once a week! Consistently great quality and service. 10 out of 10, highly recommend.😃
Caspian Kabob is a great spot if you’re looking for fresh, flavorful food and solid service. The kabobs are cooked really well — juicy, well-seasoned, and clearly made with care. Everything tastes fresh, and the portions are generous without feeling overdone. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the place has a relaxed, comfortable vibe. Definitely a dependable choice when you want a satisfying, quality meal.

Caspian Kabob is the kind of place Anthony Bourdain would’ve appreciated—unpretentious, honest, and quietly confident. Tucked away in Beaverton, this Persian and Middle Eastern spot doesn’t rely on flash. Under new management, the room has been upgraded from bare-bones to comfortably professional without losing its soul. You watch the chefs work in an open kitchen, flames licking skewers the way they should. The kabobs are properly seasoned, cooked with care, and served without ego. Portions feel right, prices are refreshingly fair, and the service is warm and unforced. It’s a family-oriented restaurant that respects tradition, feeds you well, and sends you home satisfied—no gimmicks, no shortcuts, just real food done the right way.

This place is definitely comfort food at its finest. I’m picky about my chicken kabobs and they have the juiciest chicken. I love it here

The previous owner was amazing but this restaurant was recently sold to a new ownership and they really increased prices. 8 dollars for French fries! The average dish went up in price 4-5 dollars. Just know before you go. I hope the food is still good but 22 dollars for a plate, 18 for a salad is too rich for my tummy.
