Absolutely loved dining here before our concert at crystal ballroom. With the venue right around the corner it was a great spot to sit at the bar get cocktails and have a REALLY yummy dinner. I highly recommend the fried Brussel sprouts (they are gf) and the steak salad was also yummy ! Can’t wait to come
We came in 8 minutes before kitchen close accidentally and they gave us a full meal with no quality difference. I had the ciopinno and it was incredible. This place is amazing and you should eat here if possible! Love the

Very nice old world pub with excellent food. I had a steak salad and the steak was perfectly cooked to medium rare and served on the side so I could cut it to my size preference, although it was already cut into large bites. It was a quiet time so it felt like a great date spot. But I could see it being loud if all the tables were filled.

Visiting from WA. I wish I took pictures of the food, it was so good!! I was grateful to find such a nice place with a family dining room late at night after a show. Will definitely go back and would recommend. My kids had the Cassidy Burgers and they loved it too. Server/bartender was great also.Kid-friendliness: Nice bar but also has a nice all ages dining room.
Went in for a RedBull. I stutter, so instantly the bartender stared me down with quite a rude look. He said " sorry sir we can't serve you." I asked for a RedBull mind you. I asked why and he said my speech was the reason. Once I explained, he gave me my RedBull.... for $8!!! Avoid like the plague.

A friend and I came to town for a concert at the crystal ball room. After the show we were trying to make a plan and Cassidy’s looked like an ok place to grab a drink and discuss our options. Upon arrival there, the bartender was immediately rude when asking us if we wanted drinks and food saying “HELLO I’m over here” when we didn’t immediately answer. He showed us to a table and began giving us the specials and after he walked away we had started thinking that it wasn’t really the place for us. So we waited for him to come back to tell him we weren’t from around here to see if he would give us a recommendation for somewhere else to go. Instead of doing that he was absolutely so rude saying “well you’re not going to find a sit down place anywhere around here” to which we replied that that wasn’t what we were looking for. Instead of suggesting a couple places or even just being a kind individual, he snatched the menus off the table and said “good luck” before walking away.As two people who are in the industry, we understand the fast pace and hurried atmosphere of a busy bar. But from the moment we walked into the place the bartender was rude and unwelcoming. I absolutely will let people I know, coming to Portland about this unappealing visit we had at this establishment.
