I ordered food from there earlier today and it was good as always, but they got my order wrong. I specifically ordered a wet burrito, when she repeated the order on the phone she repeated wet burrito, when my husband picked up the order she repeated wet burrito again, yet when he got home it was a regular burrito. The food is good, they just gave me hard and old rice last night that I ordered but I think maybe they ran out that's why they gave me a hard rice. I give them a 4 because the truth is if the food is good, I will order again
To whom it may concern, I am a constant customer of this establishment. But on 2 occasions that I have been in this establishment, I have not been treated very well. The person who takes the orders named Maria does not serve you well, it is as if she was going to give you things. For the owner of this establishment, she must hire staff with good charisma, they must have a good attitude with the customer. Thank you for your attention.
