What a great place that we stumbled upon. Fabulous margarita’s, super friendly staff and inclusive atmosphere. Great service staff and quick delivery of food and drinks. We had great food and we raved about the street tacos. We would certainly go again. Within walking distance from University of Portland.
Recently revisited Cha Cha Cha Taqueria Lombard and I’m thrilled with the improvements! The food is more flavorful and fresh than ever. If you haven’t been in a while, it’s definitely worth a trip back. They offer a great selection of Mexican dishes at reasonable prices, and the service is commendable. The restaurant itself is a gem, with a clean, bright, and minimalistic decor, and the option to dine indoors or enjoy the outdoor courtyard.

I never leave bad reviews but the food here was terrible. I had the chicken fajitas which were inedible, and was with someone who had beef and also found it inedible. The other 3 dishes we got were mediocre. The only good tasting item was the guacamole and it was extremely small for $13 and the chips were not good. The service was nice enough but made a lot of mistakes.I also heard from a friend that they had multiple pieces of plastic in their food on another occasion and were still charged for it.

My friend and I placed an order for delivery and it was literally half wrong. We ordered fajitas and they came without tortillas or toppings…it was just a box of meat. We also ordered a burrito and specifically asked for no onion and no cilantro and it came with both.As soon as we realized that we received an order that was half incorrect, we called the restaurant directly to notify and ask for a refund for the portion of the order that was wrong. We were escalated to speak with the manager and they said that they would call us back next week to tell us if they were “willing” to issue credit for the order.Absolutely disappointing. I would give zero stars if I could. You’ve officially lost multiple customers.

Service was good, but pretty pricey for a couple of just ok tacos. I can't say I recommend this restaurant.We ordered the nachos because they don't serve chips 'n salsa. We wanted salsa with the nachos and they added $4 for a little bowl.I miss the days of chips and salsa at Cha Cha. . I miss the old Cha Cha. *Bring back the chips and salsa.

Lovely environment, beautiful music, clean, minimal and bright decorations. Indoor and outdoor dining, shady and sunny courtyard. The margarita was so lovely in a short rocks glass, beautifully sweetened. The Molecito with grilled vegetables was a delight with pinto beans. Wonder flavors and textures. Along with the roasted salsa and chips! I can't wait to return for another lovely lunch. Thank you to the front and back of house crew.

I got a pastor burrito and margarita. The pastor was flavorless and there was a large near raw piece of onion in the middle. The margarita mix was not good. $23 before tip. I'd give it another chance but someone needs to taste the food before they serve it to people.
