You select your food from a raw bar and then it is cooked on a large grill. You have multiple protein choices including beef, chicken, pork, salmon, shrimp and tofu. 2 kinds of noodles and a lot of vegetables and seasoning. There is a big risk of cross contamination but they do have an allergy protocol that will rinse down the grill and use a separate spatula to cook your food. I liked the Mongolian art through the building. There is a large parking lot behind the building

We have loved Changs for years. So appreciated that they found a way to stay open and make it thru 2020. The food is always great. The waitresses are very nice. Usually the cooks are great. I think they were training new cooks last time I was there and they weren't listening well and couldn't understand simple instructions. I'm sure given time they will catch on and find their groove. Wouldn't stop me from going back.

I have been coming to Chang's for about 40 years. I don't plan to return again. They don't care if people cut in front of you and make no effort to educate customers on how the food line or grill line work

I used to like to eat here but the prices have gotten so ridiculous, I'd rather see them go out of business then spend that much money on dinner.

This place is rad. Food per $ is on the money. Great amount of options. Sauce kinda is meh because you really have to make it yourself and it's not a wide range but whatever. There's so many ingredients to bowl away it makes up for it. Definitely worth going at least once. Really good for large parties.

Overall, it's good food and satisfies the craving of Mongolian-style food. I do wish that there were more pre-made sauce options that are available in other Mongolian Grills throughout the US, but you can get by with adding lots of cilantro & pineapple juice to give your sauce a wider variety of flavors.
My only complaint is that the chefs will consistently cook too many dishes at once and too close together, often moving your food into the area where someone else's food was cooking. This causes you to sometimes pick up food from other's bowls that you do not want. E.g. three visits now I have gotten octopus in my dish from another bowl, which I cannot eat. Hopefully, this will change and that the chefs are not pushed to cook as many items as possible at one time.

Although going when it is busy being in line everyone is friendly because the food is good. Although the beer is Heineken… that’s okay…. Still damn good!
