Food was good but after they took our drink order they didn't come to check on us for some time. Besides that it was a good dinner.

Parking: Parking is in the back of the restaurant. You have to walk around to the front to access as there is not rear door.

This place gave me the worst food poisoning of my life.

beware, my husband and i both got food poisoning from here!
and we were celebrating my birthday but they denied the birthday dinner promo since it was a day late but we have a newborn and weren’t able to come in on my actual birthday

I love watching the chefs prepare our meal! It's a fun buffet style where you choose your food raw, and watch the chefs stir-fry it up for you. It's fantastic and even comes with ice cream at the end. ;)

Tonight is tried to take my minor child to dinner for their birthday as I do every single year, this year I was told I have to show ID for my child that they don't have as they are 14 and that this must be a new policy because I have never been asked for this before. This doesn't really upset me except for the fact they discriminate on who has to follow this new policy. They did not ask for my friend to show any proof of her child's age and allowed them to leave with the free meal but not mine. When I asked about this the extremely disrespectfully rude manager told me to stop as I had already had it explained, which is funny as this was the first time I had seen her, and that she would not be arguing with me over a free meal. Not to mention the extremely sub par service i.e. being ignored most of our service, the flat sodas and 20 min wait time to even be offered our post dinner dessert.

Changs is amazing!! I’ve been going my entire life, my dad has been coming here since before me and this has been the restaurant for every birthday or nice dinner. I also love that they now have to go, I can never eat the amount I get in to go in one sitting, so I take it home and have left overs! The plum sauce is also AMAZING and makes it so much better. Overall, my favorite restaurant ever. The price has gone up quite a bit but it’s still VERY worth it.

I have been going to Changs since I was a kid. I never get tired of this place and it always hits the spot. Check out their to-go option, or their dine-in option. Both are fantastic.

NOT FRIENDLY to weigh loss surgery recipients. Change is one of my favorite places to eat with my family. Having had weight loss surgery I can only eat about 6-10 bites before I have to stop. Change does offer a to-go option. I selected the to-go option on 10-10-24, received my food in its box and sat down to enjoy a meal with my husband who wanted to dine in restaurant. Staff quickly approached us ask told me I could not eat my food in the restaurant. I explained I was there to enjoy a meal with my husband and I needed accommodation. They were unwilling to allow the accommodation and my husband had to take his food in a box to go while we were asked to leave. Living 40 minutes away, our food was cold by the time we were home and I was humiliated being told I couldn’t stay in one of my favorites restaurants and having to leave in front of numerous onlookers.
No other restaurants that I know of will remove someone for ordering to go. Not family friendly, not weight loss friendly. Not disability friendly.

Yum. Still good food. Friendly, helpful staff. Got my $2 senior citizen discount for the very first time. Not sure whether I'm happy or sad about that. :)

Parking: Parking is behind the restaurant, dozens of spots.

Wheelchair accessibility: 6 or 7 handicapped parking spots closest to the entrance. Even ground, sidewalk to door, plenty of room inside
