UPDATE: Since the later part of 2025, the hot oil has returned in the form of a squeeze bottle by the grill, both before and after the grilling process. It isn't the same but at least it's back.

Besides the prices going up again ($1-2), they've replaced my favorite hot oil with sambal sauce, which I think is a bad idea. I don't believe sambal will absorb as fast as hot oil, and I imagine the giant cooking surface will be dirtier and may easily contaminate other food cooking near by. It also has a different taste and texture.

Another thing I'm gonna miss about the hot oil is the cool fire show you sometimes get if you mixed the right ingredients together. I wonder if that's the reason why they removed it? It's been around forever so I don't see why they'd wait so long.

At least my birthday sundae was upgraded a little this year...

Not my usual location. The one on hwy 99 is the best. At this location they burned half my noodles on the grill. Then they got my plate mixed up with some else. The taste was good though. The service was excellent. The atmosphere is blah. Really outdated and dust everywhere.

The meat (lamb and beef) was like rubber, I couldn't eat any of it! We went right after church got out so it went from not busy to so busy there was no opportunity to go back and pick other stuff as the line up was too long
My family found the same thing it was so over cooked, it was unedidible. I heard similar comments from the next table. We wont go back.

Kind and helpful staff, definitely deserve tips and kindness. Delicious and fun experience ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™Œ

Small not too important to mention, booster seats definitely need a deep clean but life and work is exhausting, no judgment and I don't know the day to day process so maybe I went before they do do deep cleaning of them ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ

Awesome place and decor ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ‘

You select your food from a raw bar and then it is cooked on a large grill. You have multiple protein choices including beef, chicken, pork, salmon, shrimp and tofu. 2 kinds of noodles and a lot of vegetables and seasoning. There is a big risk of cross contamination but they do have an allergy protocol that will rinse down the grill and use a separate spatula to cook your food. I liked the Mongolian art through the building. There is a large parking lot behind the building

We have loved Changs for years. So appreciated that they found a way to stay open and make it thru 2020. The food is always great. The waitresses are very nice. Usually the cooks are great. I think they were training new cooks last time I was there and they weren't listening well and couldn't understand simple instructions. I'm sure given time they will catch on and find their groove. Wouldn't stop me from going back.

I have been coming to Chang's for about 40 years. I don't plan to return again. They don't care if people cut in front of you and make no effort to educate customers on how the food line or grill line work

I used to like to eat here but the prices have gotten so ridiculous, I'd rather see them go out of business then spend that much money on dinner.
