Most of the service workers were very nice, our waitress however rolled her eyes almost every time she interacted with us. The food was not very great, it was packed so I don’t super blame the cooks but everything was super charred and black

The cooks were amazing. The cooks were working extremely hard. The waitress had a lot of tables but still managed to do okay. My only complaint was the utensils to grab the food at the bar most of them kept falling into the food whenever the food wasn’t filled to the brim in the bins the handles that many MANY people touch was all over laying flat on the food.. and that to me was a bit off putting I just kept thinking of all the germs touching the food. I think they should invest in utensil holders or at least put little plates where people can put the utensils when they’re done grabbing food.

We usually go to the Gresham location which is always top notch. We went to this location last night. Horrible service and everything was cooked well done! There were 8 of us we asked for a larger space then the 2 small tables with 8 chairs. The waitress came and counted our chairs to let us know 8 people could sit there - yes but not comfortably-
Then They offered us all soup - but oops they are out of soup-
Service was extremely rude! I don’t care if we are there an hour before closing or when it opens - the same service should apply. The prices have went up but the quality and service has went down.

We won’t be going back to this location!

Love the food & staff is quick efficient. Love Mongolian grills in general & this was about what I expected.

Delicious food but as we waited for the cooks to cook our food we saw two large bugs crawling on the counter that surrounds the cooks. One bug fells over the counter into the clean plates. My husband flicked the other one off onto the floor. Not what you want to see around your food so I gave one star for atmosphere.

We have missed having changs in Washington so much and so Everytime we are down here, it's great to come back for the nostalgia and the food!
